The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of personality values of university students on entrepreneurship tendencies. In our study, the concepts of personality and entrepreneurship have been explained and the aspects they add to the individual are expressed. The study was conducted on students studying at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Public Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. The studies conducted in the study were examined and a questionnaire was applied to 272 students related to the field. The survey was conducted in October and December 2019 with face-to-face interviews with students. It was observed that there were significant differences only in the emotional disposition, harmonious personality, neurotic personality, innovative personality and responsible personality dimensions of the students participating in the study. As a result, it can be said that it is necessary to provide better training to entrepreneur candidates who will shape the economic future of our country in terms of being conscious.
