المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص، والكشف عن أثر متغير (المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة)، على دور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واقتصر على عينة من المنظمات الأهلية في مدينة حمص والبالغ عددها (4) منظمات، وبلغ حجم العينة التي طبقت عليها الاستبانة (42) موظف من العاملين في هذه المنظمات في مدينة حمص. وقد أعد البحث استبانة لتعرف دور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص، حيث تكونت الاستبانة من (33) فقرة أسفر البحث مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: *بالنسبة للمجال الأول المتعلق بدور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجال الاقتصادي في رياض الأطفال، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة قليلة تعادل (51.80%) من أفراد عينة البحث ترى أن المنظمات الأهلية تقوم بهذا الدور. *بالنسبة للمجال الثاني المتعلق بدور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجال الاجتماعي في رياض الأطفال، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة متوسطة تعادل (56.23%) من أفراد عينة البحث ترى أن المنظمات الأهلية تقوم بهذا الدور. *بالنسبة للمجال الثالث المتعلق بدور المنظمات الأهلية في تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجال البيئي في رياض الأطفال، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة قليلة تعادل (40.86%) من أفراد عينة البحث ترى أن المنظمات الأهلية نقوم بهذا الدور. أما بالنسبة لأثر متغيرات البحث المتمثلة في (المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة) على استجابات الأفراد عينة البحث فقد أظهر البحث النتائج الآتية: *توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقديرات الأفراد عينة البحث لدرجة تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجال الاقتصادي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة الدراسات العليا. *لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقديرات الأفراد عينة البحث لدرجة تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجال الاجتماعي والبيئي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. *لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تقديرات الأفراد عينة البحث لدرجة تحقيق بعض أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجالات الثلاثة الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة. وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات منها: العمل على دعم عمل المنظمات الأهلية ماليا وقانونيا لتمكينها من تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في رياض الأطفال في المجال الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي، وربط الأنشطة والفعاليات الخاصة بالمنظمات الأهلية بشكل منظم بوزارة التربية وذلك للارتقاء بالعمل التعليمي وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منه.

The aim of this research is to identify the role of NGOs in achieving some of the goals of sustainable development in kindergartens in the city of Homs and to explore the impact of variable (scientific qualification, number of years of service) on the role of NGOs in achieving some of the sustainable development goals in kindergartens in Homs. The research used descriptive analytical method, and was limited to a sample of NGOs in the city of Homs (4) organizations, and the size of the sample applied by the questionnaire (42) employees of these organizations in the city of Homs. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to identify the role of NGOs in achieving some of the goals of sustainable development in kindergartens in the city of Homs, where the questionnaire consisted of (33) .The results of the research are: *Regarding the role of NGOs in achieving some of the objectives of sustainable economic development in kindergartens, the results showed that a small percentage (51.8%) of the sample members of the research sample believe that NGOs play this role. *Regarding the role of NGOs in achieving some of the goals of sustainable development in the social field in kindergartens, the results showed that an average percentage (56.23%) of the sample members of the research sample believe that NGOs play this role. *Regarding the role of NGOs in achieving some of the objectives of sustainable development in the field of environment in kindergartens, the results showed that a small percentage (40.86%) of the sample members of the research sample believe that NGOs play this role. As for the effect of the research variables represented in (the scientific qualification, the number of years of service) on the responses of individuals in the research sample, the research showed the following results: *There are statistically significant differences in the estimates of individuals in the research sample to the degree of achieving some of the objectives of sustainable development in the economic field due to the variable of the scientific qualification for the benefit of the graduate campaign. *There are no statistically significant differences in the estimates of individuals in the research sample to achieve some of the objectives of sustainable development in the social and environmental field due to the variable of scientific qualification. *There are no statistically significant differences in the estimates of individuals in the research sample to the degree of achieving some of the sustainable development objectives in the three economic, social and environmental fields due to the variable number of years of service. The study concluded with a number of proposals, including: Supporting the work of civil society organizations financially and legally to enable them to achieve the goals of sustainable development in kindergartens in the economic, social and environmental fields, and linking the activities and events of NGOs in an organized manner to the Ministry of Education.
