تكمن أهمية البحث في استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني والكتاب يوفر جو تفاعلي بما تتضمن صفحاته على وسائط متعددة (صور متحركة وثابتة - مقاطع فيديو - شرح المهارات) وعندما يتم ربط هذه العناصر مع التصميم التعليمي المناسب فأن الكتاب الإلكتروني يعمل على عرض المحتوى من مناظير متنوعة تساعد على توجيه انتباه المتعلم وتسهل المعالجة المعرفية للمعلومات في وقت اقل أما مشكلة البحث كون الباحث مدرس في ثانوية كلية بغداد للمتميزين لاحظ أن جميع المواد الدراسية تدرس إلكترونيا عن طريق (tip) وعدم إدراج درس التربية الرياضية ضمن هذه المنظومة الإلكترونية والتي تعتمد على التطور التكنولوجي والتعليم المبرمج والتعليم الذاتي وعدم استخدام التكنولوجيا في درس التربية الرياضية والاكتفاء بالأساليب التقليدية في درس التربية الرياضية، وعدم استخدام التكنولوجية الحديثة أسوة بباقي المواد الدراسية لجأ الباحث إلى تصميم كتاب إلكتروني لمقررات درس التربية الرياضية للكورس الأول لصف الأول متوسط من خلال استخدام المنظومة التكنولوجية الموجودة في المدرسة والمتصلة مع جميع الطالبة عن طريق ال (tip) وعن طريق برنامج إلكتروني. وفرضت الدراسة توجد فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية في نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة السلة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. اعتمد الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته طبيعة البحث ومشكلاته وأهدافه ويمثل الاقتراب الأكثر صدقا لحل العديد من المشكلات العلمية بصورة عملية وبأسلوب المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) ذي الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولكلى المجموعتين تحدد مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية متمثلة بطلاب الصف الأول متوسط في محافظة بغداد / الرصافة الأولى / ثانوية كلية بغداد للمتميزين للعام الدراسي 2019/2020 والبالغ عددهم (216) طالب متمثلين بالشعب (A-B-C-D-E-F-G) تم اختيار شعبة B-C عشوائيا عن طريق القرعة وقد بلغ عدد طلاب شعبة (B) 36 طالب وطلاب شعبة (C) 36 طالب وقد مثلت طلاب شعبة B المجموعة التجريبية وطلاب شعبة C المجموعة الضابطة وقد بلغ عدد إفراد عينة البحث (72) طالب وقد بلغت نسبة عينة البحث من مجتمع الأصل (33.333)% من مجتمع الأصل. وبعد معالجة النتائج وعرضها بالجداول والإشكال البيانية توصل الباحث إلى تحقيق أهداف البحث واستنتج. * هناك تأثير للكتاب الإلكتروني وما يتضمنه من وسائل تعليمية ساعدت في تعلم المهارات الأساسية بكرة السلة للمجموعة التجريبية * يوصي الباحث بضرورة استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني في تعليم فعاليات ورياضات أخرى.

The study assumed that there were statistically significant differences in the results of the pre and post tests of the experimental group and the control group in learning some basic skills in basketball and in favor of the experimental group. The researcher has adopted the experimental approach to its relevance to the nature of the research, its problems and goals, and represents the most honest approach to solving many scientific problems in a practical way and in the two groups (experimental and control) style with pre and post tests for both groups. The research community determined the intentional method represented by the first intermediate class students in Baghdad Governorate / first Rusafa / Baghdad College High School for Distinguished Students for the academic year 2019/2020 and the number (216) students represented by the people (ABCDEFG) BC Division was chosen randomly by lottery and the number of students of the Division B (36) students and students of Division C (36) students. Representatives of Division B students represented the experimental group and students of Division C were the control group. The number of individuals in the research sample reached (72) students. After processing the results and displaying them in tables and graphs, the researcher reached to achieve the research objectives and concluded * There is an effect of the e-book and the educational methods it includes that helped in learning basic skills of basketball for the experimental group * The researcher recommends the necessity of using the electronic book in teaching other activities and sports.
