المستخلص: تأتي أهمية الإعلام التربوي من أهمية موضوعه الذي يهم المجتمع وتقع عليه وظيفة ليست سهلة في استكمال دور المدرسة والأسرة، وفي مخاطبة طلبة المدارس والعاملين في الميدان التربوي، وجميع فئات المجتمع، وبذلك فإن دور الإعلام التربوي حيوي في عرض الكثير من خطط التربية، وفي تبصير الآباء والأمهات بدورهم التربوي، وفي تصحيح الكثير من المفاهيم الخاطئة، وفي الكشف عن المواهب والأفكار والطاقات، ومن أدواره المهمة دراسة المشكلات التربوية والمعوقات التعليمية التي قد تقف حائلا أمام المعلمين والطلبة في سبيل تحقيق رسالتهم، ودراسة المناهج الدراسية والأنشطة ومظاهر التفوق الدراسي وعوامله، والإخفاق الدراسي وأسبابه، والتطور المعرفي والبيئة المدرسية. والأساس في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التربية هو جعلها أكثر فعالية في خدمة العملية التعليمية حيث تسهم في تحقيق أغراضها وأهدافها في المجتمع وبأقصى كفاءة ممكنة، ومناقشة البعد الإعلامي لهذه التكنولوجيا في التربية يكشف أن الإعلام هو القوة الفاعلة بمفردها في العملية التعليمية، فالمادة التعليمية التي أنتجت لتقدم بواسطة الوسيلة الإعلامية التي تم اختيارها تمثل المضمون التربوي الذي اشترك في تحديده خبراء التربية وخبراء الإعلام، وذلك وفقا للأسس العلمية المعروفة سواء كانت هذه الأسس محددة في المجال التعليمي من حيث مسايرتها لأهداف المنهج التعليمي المقصود أم في المجال الإعلامي من حيث قدرة الوسيلة على توصيلها بشكل فعال وفقا لقواعد علمية خاصة بالاتصال بالجماهير، وكل ذلك لا يتم بمعزل عن الواقع الاقتصادي والثقافي والاجتماعي في المجتمع. ويهدف البحث اقتراح مجموعة من الممارسات لمنسقي الإعلام التربوي بسلطنة عمان في ضوء متطلبات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والتي تزيد من فاعلية دوره في تحسين وتطوير العملية التعليمية من خلال الاهتمام بجميع عناصرها: التي تتضمن المعلم، والطالب، والمنهاج، والأنشطة المدرسية، والبيئة المدرسية، لتحقيق الجودة التعليمية، خدمة المجتمع، وتحقق التكامل بين دور منسقي الإعلام التربوي ومدير المدرسة، فيتناول البحث الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لمنسقي الإعلام التربوي، وواقع ممارسات منسقي الإعلام التربوي بسلطنة عمان في ضوء متطلبات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، للوصول إلى الممارسات المقترحة لتطوير دور منسقي الإعلام التربوي بسلطنة عمان.

The importance of educational media comes from the importance of its topic that concerns society and has a function that is not easy to complete the role of the school and the family, and in addressing school students and workers in the educational field, and all groups of society, and thus the role of educational media is vital in presenting many educational plans, and in enlightening parents Mothers have their educational role, in correcting many misconceptions, and in revealing talents, ideas and energies, and among his important roles is the study of educational problems and educational obstacles that may hinder teachers and students in order to achieve their mission, study curricula, activities, manifestations of academic excellence and its factors, and academic failure and its causes , Cognitive development and the school environment. The basis for using information technology in education is to make it more effective in serving the educational process, as it contributes to achieving its goals and objectives in society and with the utmost efficiency. Discussing the media dimension of this technology in education reveals that the media is the single active force in the educational process. By the media that was selected, the educational content that was jointly defined by education experts and media experts is represented according to the well-known scientific foundations, whether these foundations are defined in the educational field in terms of their compliance with the objectives of the intended educational curriculum or in the media field in terms of the ability of the medium to deliver them effectively According to scientific rules for communicating with the masses, and all of this is not done in isolation from the economic, cultural and social reality in society. The research aims to propose a set of practices for educational media coordinators in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the requirements of information technology, which increase the effectiveness of its role in improving and developing the educational process by paying attention to all its elements: which include the teacher, the student, the curriculum, school activities, and the school environment, to achieve educational quality Community service and achieving complementarity between the role of educational media coordinators and the school director. The research deals with the intellectual and philosophical framework of educational media coordinators, and the reality of the practices of educational media coordinators in the Sultanate of Oman in light of information technology requirements, to arrive at the proposed practices to develop the role of educational media coordinators in the Sultanate of Oman.
