|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي دور البنية التحتية التكنولوجيا كمتغير معدل في العلاقة بين استخدام جلسات العصف الذهني الإلكتروني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وتحسين جودة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحه كورونا بالجامعات الخاصة المصرية محل الدراسة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (400) مفردة وبلغ عدد الاستمارات المرتدة (370) مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية في إدراك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية الخاصة لمفهوم جلسات العصف الذهني الإلكتروني وأثره على تحسين مستوى جودة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحه كورونا، وكذلك وجود تأثير عكسي معنوي للبنية التحتية التكنولوجيا باختلاف مستويات أبعادها بشكل إجمالي وجلسات العصف الذهني الإلكتروني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الخاصة المصرية تحسين جودة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحه كورونا. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بجلسات العصف الذهني الإلكتروني من أجل خلق جيل من الأساتذة المناسبين للتعليم الإلكتروني، تبني مشروع تطوير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بأبعادها إجمالياً والتقويم والتصحيح المستمر مع مراقبة عملية الإنتاج التعليمي بما يحقق جودة أفضل، وذلك من خلال تضمين برامج التأهيل، وعقد دورات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتدريبهم على كيفية التدريس باستخدام أسلوب العصف الذهني الإلكتروني بما يحسن من جودة التعليم عن بعد وخاصتاً في ظل جائحة كورونا.

|b The study aimed to identify the role of technology infrastructure as a modified variable in the relationship between the use of electronic brainstorming sessions for faculty members and the improvement of the quality of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic in the Egyptian private universities under study, and the study sample reached (400) single and the number of returned forms (370) Single. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant significant effect on the perception of faculty members in private Egyptian universities of the concept of electronic brainstorming sessions and its impact on improving the quality of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic, as well as the presence of an opposite significant effect of technology infrastructure at different levels Its overall dimensions and electronic brainstorming sessions for faculty members in Egyptian private universities improve the quality of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic. The study recommended the need to pay attention to e-brainstorming sessions in order to create a generation of suitable teachers for e-learning, to adopt a project to develop the information technology infrastructure in its dimensions in general and to evaluate and continuously correct while monitoring the educational production process in a way that achieves better quality, by including qualification programs, and holding courses for members The teaching staff to train them on how to teach using the electronic brainstorming method, which improves the quality of distance education, especially in light of the Corona pandemic.
