المستخلص: يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة وضع تصور استراتيجي مقترح لتطوير إعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال ويتفرع من هذا الهدف الأهداف الفرعية الآتية: - تعرف الوضع الراهن لإعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال في جمهورية مصر العربية. - تعرف مقومات نظام الدراسة المتبع في كليات رياض الأطفال وأقسامها. - رصد الوضع الحالي لبرامج إعداد الطالبة معلمه رياض الأطفال بكليات التربية والتربية النوعية شعبه رياض الأطفال وتحليلها بهدف التعرف على نواحي القوة وأوجه القصور بها. - تعرف أفضل الممارسات التربوية لإعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال في بعض الدول الأجنبية وإمكان الإفادة منها لتطوير إعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال في جمهورية مصر العربية. - استشراف طرق للعمل على تطور برامج إعداد معلمه رياض الأطفال للارتقاء بمستوي أدائها الأكاديمي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٧٥٠) فردا منهم (٦٩٠) من طالبات كليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعات أسيوط والقاهرة، و (60) من مديرات رياض الأطفال بأسيوط والقاهرة. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: - وجود حاجة ماسه لمراجعة منظومة إعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال في مصر كما يلي: مراجعة شروط ومتطلبات القبول بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال حتى يتم اختيار أفضل العناصر من بين المتقدمات. - مراجعة برنامج الإعداد بهدف تحقيق تكامل المقررات المختلفة. - مراجعة جوانب الإعداد التخصصية والتربوية والثقافية بهدف تطويرها وربطها بالتقدم والتطور العلمي والتكنولوجي وربطها بدوافع وميول الطالبات. - مراجعة عملية التقويم المتبعة من أجل تحقيق أكبر قدر من العدالة والمساواة بين الطالبات. - مراجعة برامج التنمية المهنية وجعلها أكثر كفاءة وفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف الأكاديمية والمهنية.

The main objective of the study is to develop a proposed strategic vision to develop the preparation of kindergarten teachers, and this goal is divided into the following sub-goals: - Know the current situation of preparing kindergarten teachers in the Arab Republic of Egypt - Know the components of the study system used in the kindergarten colleges and their departments. - Monitor the current situation of student preparation programs, kindergarten teacher, in the Faculties of Education and Quality Education, Kindergarten Division, and analyze it in order to identify strengths and shortcomings. - Knowing the best educational practices for preparing kindergarten teachers in some foreign countries and the possibility of using them to develop the preparation of kindergarten teachers in the Arab Republic of Egypt. - Foreseeing ways to work on developing kindergarten teacher preparation programs to improve her academic performance. The sample of the study consisted of (750) individuals, of whom (690) were students of the Faculties of Early Childhood Education in the universities of Assiut and Cairo, and (60) of the principals of kindergartens in Assiut and Cairo. The results of the study resulted in: - There is an urgent need to review the system of preparing kindergarten teachers in Egypt as follows: Review the conditions and requirements for admission to kindergarten departments and colleges so that the best elements are chosen from among the applicants. - Review the preparation program with the aim of achieving the integration of the various courses. - Reviewing the specialized, educational and cultural aspects of preparation with the aim of developing them and linking them to scientific and technological progress and development and linking them to the motivations and tendencies of the students. - Review the evaluation process followed in order to achieve the greatest degree of justice and equality among students - Review professional development programs and make them more efficient and effective to achieve academic and professional goals.
