المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات استخدام المنصات التعليمية من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة. كما اعتمدت الباحثة الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وصلاحيتها للتطبيق الميداني، قامت الباحثة بتوزيعها – إلكترونيا - على مجتمع الدراسة، والبالغ عددهن (١٦٣) معلمة، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة (١٤٣). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات في استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصات التعليمية، بلغت نسبتها (67%)، منها: نقص الأدوات التعليمية، وصعوبة تسجيل الدروس، وقلة توافر المختصين التقنيين، ومنها أيضا أن المنصات التعليمية تحتاج إلى جهد كبير، وأن هناك نقصا في الأدوات الإدارية داخل المنصات التعليمية، وصعوبة تخزين الواجبات، وأيضا قلة البرامج التدريبية على استخدام المنصات التعليمية، وانقطاع خدمة الإنترنت، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، عند مستوى دلالة (0.05  )، بين وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، حول معوقات استخدام المنصات التعليمية، تبعا لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، لصالح أصحاب الدراسات العليا، وأيضا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05  )، بين وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، حول معوقات استخدام المنصات التعليمية، تبعا لمتغير (الدورات التدريبية)، لصالح الذين حضروا الدورات التدريبية. واستنادا للنتائج؛ تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات؛ لتطوير المنصات التعليمية، وفي مقدمتها عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، عن كيفية استخدام المنصات التعليمية.

This study aimed to find out the obstacles of using the educational platforms according to the viewpoint of the female teachers of child nurseries. the researcher used the descriptive survey method to answer the questions of the study. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a study tool, and after verifying its validity and suitability for field application, the researcher distributed it electronically to the study population whom were (163) teachers. The retrieved questionnaires were (143). The study found that there are obstacles in using the educational platforms by female teachers of child nurseries, which amounted to (67%), Including the lack of educational tools, the difficulty of recording the lessons, and the limited availability of technical specialists, Also, educational platforms need a lot of effort, and there is a lack of administrative tools within the educational platforms, the difficulty of storing assignments and also the lack of training programs on using the educational platforms, and the stoppage of Internet service. this study found several results, such as: there were significant statistical differences at the indicator level of (α,0,05) according to the viewpoint of the female teachers of child nurseries about the obstacles to using educational platforms according to the variable (academic qualification) toward the postgraduate individuals, and also there were significant statistical differences at the indicator level of (α,0,05) according to the viewpoint of the female teachers of child nurseries about the obstacles to using educational platforms according to the variable (training courses) toward the individuals who attended the training courses. according to the results of this study the researcher proposed several recommendations to develop the educational platforms, and the most important one is holding training courses for the female teachers of child nurseries about using the educational platforms.
