المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف معوقات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصة التربوية الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية بمدينة دمشق في ظل جائحة كورونا، والكشف عن الفروق تبعا لمتغيرات: (عدد سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية). واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق استبانة معوقات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصة التربوية الإلكترونية التي ضمت (52) بندا. وتكونت عينة البحث من (166) معلمة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: إن مستوى معوقات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصة التربوية الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية بمدينة دمشق في ظل جائحة كورونا كان مرتفعا، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الرتبي لاستجابة أفراد عينة البحث (3.97). وجاء في المرتبة الأولى المعوقات المتعلقة باستخدام البرامج المكتبية لدعم العملية التعليمية، ثم جاء في المرتبة الثانية المعوقات التي تتعلق باستخدام الفيديو، يليه في المرتبة الثالثة المعوقات التي تتعلق بالمعلمة. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة معوقات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصة التربوية الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية وفق متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمات اللواتي يمتلكن سنوات خبرة (11 سنة فأكثر)، ووفق متغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المعلمات اللواتي لم يخضعن للدورات التدريبية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة معوقات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للمنصة التربوية الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي.

The aim of the research is to identify the obstacles to kindergarten teachers' use of the electronic educational platform in the educational process in the city of Damascus in light of the Corona pandemic, and to reveal the differences according to the variables: (number of years of experience, educational qualification, training courses). The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was applied to the obstacles of kindergarten teachers' use of the electronic educational platform, which included (52) items. The research sample consisted of (166) female teachers. Among the most important findings of the research: The level of obstacles for kindergarten teachers to use the electronic educational platform in the educational process in the city of Damascus in light of the Corona pandemic was high, as the arithmetic ordinal average of the response of the research sample members reached (3.97). In the first place came the obstacles related to the use of office software to support the educational process, then came in the second place the obstacles related to the use of video, followed by the third place the obstacles related to the teacher. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members on the identification of obstacles to the use of the electronic educational platform by kindergarten teachers in the educational process according to the variable number of years of experience in favor of the teachers who have years of experience (11 years and more), and according to the variable of training courses in favor of the teachers who did not undergo the courses There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the answers of the research sample members on the identification of obstacles to the use of the electronic educational platform by kindergarten teachers in the educational process according to the educational qualification variable.
