|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تمكين العاملين، دراسة ميدانية على العاملين الإداريين في جامعة المسيلة، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم استطلاع عينة قصدية من العاملين والبالغ عددهم 124، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، وتحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارات عن طريق استخدام برنامج SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بإدارة الكلية ذو مستوى مرتفع، بالإضافة إلى ذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية تبرز مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة متوسطة في تمكين العاملين الإداريين في جامعة المسيلة.

|b The aim of the study was to determine the extent to which the electronic administration contributed to the empowerment of workers, a field study conducted on administrative workers at the University of M’sila, and in order to achieve this goal, an intentional sample of 124 workers was explored. The research was based on the descriptive approach adopting the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and analyzing the data found in the forms using the SPSS program. The study obtained a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of the implementation of the electronic administration at the college is at high level. In addition, the results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship, which highlights the contribution of the electronic administration, to a moderate degree, in empowering the administrative workers at the University of M’sila.
