المستخلص: نقوم من خلال هذا المقال بإجراء دراسة حول أهمية ودور العناصر الثقافية في عملية نقد الترجمة من خلال توضيح أهميتها ودورها في العملية الترجمية. نبدأ دراستنا هذه بتوضيح العلاقة بين الترجمة والثقافة قصد الإشارة الى مدى مساهمة العناصر الثقافية في المرور من لغة الى أخرى. نتطرق بعد ذلك الى المشاكل الثقافية في الترجمة وذلك للإشارة الى مدى أهمية نقل المضمون الثقافي في عملية الترجمة، ثم نقترح مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات التي تسمح للمترجم بتفادي العقبات التي يقابلها اثناء عمله. نقترح في الأخير دراسة مقارنة على المستوى الثقافي لترجمة رواية «La nuit sacrée» لطاهر بن جالون مع نصها الأصلي قصد تحليل واستخراج التحولات التي طرأت على العناصر الثقافية خلال عملية الترجمة ومنه نستنتج كيف تعامل المترجم مع العقبات التي قابلها اثناء عمله ومدى أهمية دراسة المعايير الثقافية في نقد الترجمة.

In this paper, we plan to analyse the importance and the role of the cultural traits study in translation criticism. We start our study by determining the relationship between culture and translation in order to verify to what extant the cultural elements contribute in the transfer from a language to another. After that, we tackle the cultural problems of translation to show the importance of cultural transfer in the translation process and we try to give some solutions to those problems. At the end we propose a comparative study of a translation and its original in order to analyse the different changes that have been made in the cultural elements during translation and how the translator solved the different problems, this study allows us to prove the importance of the study of cultural traits in translation criticism.
