المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في البرنامج الفردي لأبنائهم والمعوقات التي تواجههم، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) ولي أمر من أولياء أمور الطلبة من ذوي الإعاقة، لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقامتا بتطوير أداة الدراسة المتمثلة باستبانة، تم التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لمشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة من ذوي الإعاقة في البرنامج الفردي الخاص بأبنائهم جاءت مرتفعة بجميع أبعادها ما عدا بعد مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة الأنشطة والفعاليات قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في البرنامج الفردي لأبنائهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة شهادة البكالوريوس، بينما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في البرنامج الفردي لأبنائهم تعزى لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي، وأشارت نتائج الدارسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في البرنامج الفردي لأبنائهم تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة، وأخيرا أشارت النتائج إلى وجود عدد من المعوقات التي تحد من مشاركة أولياء أمور الطلبة من ذوي الإعاقة في البرامج الفردية المعدة لأبنائهم من أبرزها: حاجة أولياء أمور ذوي الإعاقة لتزويديهم بالمعلومات والتقنيات الحديثة اللازمة للتعامل مع أبنائهم، قلة حملات التوعية من الحكومة والمؤسسات والجمعيات الأخرى، وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة تقديم الدعم المادي والمعنوي لأسر ذوي الإعاقة من قبل الهيئات الحكومية المختصة بالنواحي الاجتماعية.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of participation of parents of students with disabilities in the individual program for their children and the obstacles they face. The study sample consisted of (100) parents of students with disabilities, to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach and developed the study tool Represented by a questionnaire, the indications of its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study indicated that the total degree of participation of parents of students with disabilities in the individual program for their children was high in all its dimensions, except after the participation of the students' parents in the activities and events had a moderate degree, as indicated by the results of The study indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of participation of parents of students with disabilities in the individual program for their children due to the scientific qualification variable in favor of holders of a bachelor's degree, while the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of participation of parents of students with disabilities in the individual program for their children due to a variable The economic level, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of participation of parents of students with disabilities. The time in the individual program for their children is due to the variable of the type of disability, and finally, the results indicated that there are a number of obstacles that limit the participation of parents of students with disabilities in the individual programs prepared for their children, most notably: the need for parents of people with disabilities to provide them with the information and modern technologies necessary to deal with their children, The lack of awareness campaigns from the government, institutions and other associations. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to provide material and moral support to families of people with disabilities by government agencies concerned with social aspects.
