المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المعاناة من الضغوط المهنية لدى الممرضين وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مجموعة من الممرضين بمستشفى محمد الصديق بن يحيى بولاية جيجل على 97 ممرض من مختلف المصالح للكشف عن أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى ظهور من مختلف الضغوطات في مجال التمريض وكذا الكشف عن آثارها النفسية والاجتماعية على الممرضين. فقد قمنا بتصميم استبيان يقيس الضغوط تم تطبيقه على عينة البحث فتوصلنا إلى أن ضغوط طبيعة العمل والضغوط الاجتماعية جاءت في المرتبة الأولى في وجهة نظر الممرضين. إضافة إلى الاكتظاظ والعدد الكبير من المرضى ونقص الأدوية والمعدات الطبية وعدم وجود الحماية الأمنية وتعرضهم للعديد من الاعتداءات وخصوصية التعامل مع بعض الأمراض الخطيرة وعائلاتهم والمشاكل العلائقية معهم، إضافة إلى الضغوط الفيزيقية والمادية وكذلك عدم عدالة مسؤولي القطاع في تصميم نظام أجور يتلاءم مع طبيعة العمل الكبير الذي يقوم به الممرضين إضافة إلى طبيعة العمل خاصة المناوبة الليلية بالإضافة إلى المخاطر التي يتعرض لها الممرضين الذين يعملون في مصلحة الأشعة وما تسببه من أمراض مهنية مختلفة الشيء الذي يخلق لهم ضغط كبير جدا.

The study aimed to find out the reality of suffering from Professional pressures among nurses, through a field study on a group of nurses in Mohammed Siddik ben Yahya Hospital in the wilaya of Jijel on 97 nurses from different departments to detect the most important factors that lead to the emergence of various pressures in the field of nursing as well as to detect their effects Psychological and social to nurses. We have designed a questionnaire that measures the pressure applied to the research sample and found that the pressure of the nature of work and social pressures came first in the view of nurses, in addition to overcrowding and the large number of patients and the lack of medicines and medical equipment and the lack of security protection and exposure to many Attacks and privacy of dealing with some serious diseases and their families and relational problems with them, in addition to physical and physical pressures as well as the injustice of the sector officials in the design of a wage system adapted to the nature of the work of large nurses in addition to the nature of work, especially night shift In addition to the risks to nurses who work in the interest of radiology and the cause of various occupational diseases, which creates them very great pressure.

L'étude visait à découvrir la réalité de la souffrance du pressions professionnelle chez les infirmières, à travers une étude de terrain sur un groupe d'infirmières à l'hôpital Mohammed Siddik ben Yahya dans la wilaya de Jijel sur 97 infirmières de différents départements pour détecter les facteurs les plus importants qui conduisent à t il émergence de diverses pressions dans le domaine des soins infirmiers ainsi que de détecter leurs effets psychologiques et sociaux pour les infirmières. Nous avons conçu un questionnaire qui mesure la pression exercée sur l'échantillon de recherche et constaté que la pression de la nature du travail et des pressions sociales est venue en premier dans le point de vue des infirmières, en plus de la surpopulation et du grand nombre de patients et du manque de médicaments et du matériel médical et le manque de protection de sécurité et d'exposition à de nombreuses attaques et à la vie privée de traiter certaines maladies graves et leurs familles et problèmes relationnels avec eux, en plus des pressions physiques et physiques ainsi que le l'injustice des fonctionnaires du secteur dans la conception d'un système salarial adapté à la nature du travail des grandes infirmières en plus de la nature du travail, en particulier de nuit En plus des risques pour les infirmières qui travaillent dans l'intérêt de la radiologie et la cause de divers occu maladies pationales, ce qui les crée une très grande pression.
