|b The current study aimed to identify the quality practices that the teaching staff of Umm A1 Qura University should perform in the light of the programmatic standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation subordinated to the Education & Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study also aimed to examine the reality of the university teaching staff's performance of these practices through their opinions, and identifying the statistically significant differences between members of the study sample for the reality of the teaching staff's performance of these practices which are due to the study variables of sex ( teaching staff male / female), college headquarters (headquarters in Makkah / Branches), and ), And finally, to identify the most important suggestions in the light of which it is possible to activate the teaching staff's performance of quality practices. The study depended on the descriptive approach as well as the content analysis method. The study used the descriptive approach to recognize the point of views of the Umm A1-Qura University staff teaching regarding the degree of their performance of quality practices for the programmatic standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, and to compare & analyze their views according to some personal and environmental characteristics. The study also used the content analysis method, by analyzing the programmatic accreditation standards document issued by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment subordinated to the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

|a هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على ممارسات الجودة التي ينبغي على هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى أداؤها في ضوء المعايير البرامجية للمركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي التابع لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وكذلك الوقوف على واقع أداء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لتلك الممارسات من خلال آرائهم، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع أداء هيئة التدريس لتلك الممارسات ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس هيئة تدريس (رجال/ نساء)، مقر الكلية (المقر الرئيس بمكة المكرمة/ الفروع)، وأخيرا الوقوف على أهم المقترحات التي في ضوئها يمكن تفعيل أداء هيئة التدريس لممارسات الجودة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وكذلك منهج تحليل المحتوى؛ فاستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعرف على آراء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى فيما يتعلق بدرجة أدائهم لممارسات الجودة للمعايير البرامجية للمركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي، ومقارنة وتحليل آرائهم وفقا لبعض الخصائص الشخصية والبيئية، كما استخدمت الدراسة منهج تحليل المحتوى، وذلك بتحليل وثيقة معايير الاعتماد البرامجية الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي التابع لهيئة تقويم التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
