المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير مشاركة طلاب التعليم العام في جمهورية مصر العربية في الحوكمة المدرسية، لتعزيز التربية من أجل المواطنة فيها، وذلك من خلال تعرف الأسس النظرية لمشاركة الطلاب في الحوكمة المدرسية، وللتربية من اجل المواطنة، والوقوف على واقع مشاركتهم في الحوكمة المدرسية في ضوء التريبة من أجل "المواطنة" في مصر، وتحديد فروق الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة في محاور الاستبانة والتي ترجع إلى متغير مجال العمل (الأكاديميين في كليات التربية، والقيادات المدرسية). واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي؛ نظرا لمناسبته لموضوع الدراسة، وذلك بتحليل الوثائق والدراسات ذات العلاقة بالمشاركة الطلابية في الحوكمة المدرسية، والتربية من اجل المواطنة، كما أجريت دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الخبراء (الأكاديميين في كليات التربية، والقادة المدرسيين)، للوصول إلى عدد من المقترحات بخصوص أبعاد مشاركة الطلاب في الحوكمة المدرسية، بما يعزز التربية من أجل المواطنة، وهذه الأبعاد، هي: المشروعية وفاعلية الصوت (ويقصد بها: الإطار القانوني الحاكم، وتأثير صوت المشاركين)، والرؤية الاستراتيجية (ويقصد بها: تحديد أهداف واضحة للمدرسة، متوسطة وطويلة المدى)، والأداء المؤسسي (ويقصد به: عمل المدرسة لتحقيق أهدافها بالجودة المناسبة)، والمساءلة (ويقصد بها: القدرة على تقديم إجابة واستحقاق اللوم وتصل المسئولية وتوقع تقديم حساب)، والإنصاف (ويقصد به: إعطاء الحق ورعاية العدالة المساواة بين الجميع). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والآليات المقترحة، لتعزيز التربية من أجل المواطنة، من خلال دعم وتطوير مشاركة الطلاب في الحوكمة المدرسية، وذلك في ضوء أبعاد الحوكمة المدرسية السابق الإشارة إليها، كما حددت الدراسة عددا من المتطلبات لتسهيل تطبيق الآليات المقترحة، وتوقعت عدداً آخر من المعوقات التي قد تعوق مسيرة التطبيق، وعدداً من المقترحات لتذليلها والتغلب عليها.

The study aimed to improve the participation of general education students in Egypt in school governance to enhance education for citizenship; through: identifying the theoretical foundations of student participation in school governance; and education for citizenship, determining the reality of student participation in school governance in the light of education for "citizenship" in Egypt, and determining the statistical significance differences between the averages of the members of the study sample in the questionnaire axes, which are due to the field of work variable (academics in colleges of education, and school leaders). The study used the descriptive method; due to its relevance to the subject of the study, by analyzing documents and studies related to student participation in school governance and education for citizenship. A field study was also conducted on a sample of experts (academics of education colleges, and school leaders); to reach a number of proposals regarding the dimensions of students' participation in school governance in a manner that enhances education for citizenship, namely: Legitimacy and Voice Effectiveness (meaning the ruling legal framework, and the impact of the participants 'voice), and the strategic vision (and intended to define clear goals for the medium and long-term school), Institutional performance (meaning school work to achieve its goals with appropriate quality), accountability (meaning ability to provide an answer, worthy of blame, responsibility and expectation of providing an account), and equity/fairness (that intended to give care for justice and equality for all). The study reached a number of results and proposed mechanisms for the purpose of promoting education for citizenship by supporting the participation of students in school governance, in light of the dimensions of school governance previously mentioned, the research also identified a number of requirements to facilitate the application of the proposed mechanisms, and anticipated a number of other obstacles that It may hinder the application process, and a number of proposals to overcome them.
