|a استهدف البحث تحديد وقياس أثر الخصائص الريادية على التوجه الريادي من خلال توسيط السلوك المخطط للنية الريادية لدى رواد الأعمال في مصر، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للمتغير المستقل على المتغير الوسيط والتابع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن توسيط متغير السلوك المخطط للنية الريادية يدفع إلى زيادة تأثير الخصائص الريادية على التوجه الريادي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عدة عوامل مثل النوع الاجتماعي، مستوى التعليم، المشاركة في فعاليات ريادة الأعمال وتكوين شبكات العلاقات، امتلاك أحد أفراد الأسرة لمشروع خاص ودراسة ريادة الأعمال، يمكن أن تشكل تأثيرا في تكوين السمات الريادية. وضبط السلوك المخطط للنية الريادية وتوجيه السلوك الريادي.

|b The research aimed to determine and measure the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial trend by centering the planned behavior of the entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurs in Egypt. The results of the study showed a statistically significant effect of the independent variable on the mediating and dependent variable. The study concluded that the centering of the planned behavior variable of the entrepreneurial intention leads to an increase in the influence of the entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial trend. The study also found that there are several factors that can affect the entrepreneurial activity, which are gender, level of education, participation in entrepreneurship activities and forming networks of relationships, having a family member owning a special project and studying entrepreneurship can have an impact on forming entrepreneurial characteristics, adjusting the planned behavior of entrepreneurial intent and directing entrepreneurial behavior.
