|b This study aimed to uncover the role of transformational leadership through its dimensions (exemplary influence, individual considerations, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational stimulation) in strengthening the organizational commitment in the National Employment Agency. The questionnaire is used as a means of collecting data, and the number of answers is 226 and the software adopted is the plspm R 3.5.1. The results revealed that transformational leadership has no significant impact on the organizational commitment, and that transformational leadership in its four dimensions does not affect organizational commitment as well. The study recommended raising the level of commitment in order to reduce the work pressures and encourage competencies and initiatives
