المستخلص: إن الصيانة هي وظيفة أساسية في جميع الأنشطة تساهم في ضبط التكاليف وفي تجنب النتائج الخطيرة التي يمكن أن تعزا إلى عطل نظام تقني أو خطأ إنساني، وبدأت أقسام علمية مختلفة في الجامعات وكذلك مراكز البحوث تولي اهتماما خاصا بأساسيات إدارة الصيانة (سامر مظهر 2000). فنجد أن الصيانة من أهم النشاطات المرافقة للعملية الإنتاجية في أي مؤسسة صناعية حازم عبد الفتاح، (سارة مهران 2016). وجاءت مشكلة البحث في ما إمكانية إعداد برنامج كمبيوتر لصيانة ماكينة الأوفرلوك لطلاب الملابس الجاهزة بالمعاهد الفنية وفاعليته في تنمية معارف ومهارات طلاب قسم الملابس الجاهزة بالمعاهد الفنية؟ لذا فقد هدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج كمبيوتر في مجال الصيانة وقياس فاعلية تدريسه على الجانب المهاري والجانب التحصيلي المعرفي، وكذلك رفع مستوى كفاءة الخريج تخصص الصيانة داخل قطاع الصناعة، استخدمت العينة الاستطلاعية بهدف التحقق من صدق وثبات الأدوات وتكونت من عدد (10) طلاب بالفرقة الثانية قسم الملابس الجاهزة تخصص الصيانة بالمعهد الفني الصناعي بشبرا. تم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح (قبلي/ بعدي) على العينة الأساسية المكونة من عدد (55) طالب بقسم الملابس الجاهزة تخصص صيانة بالمعهد الفني الصناعي بشبرا. وكانت أهم النتائج هي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لقياس فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في مجال صيانة ماكينات الحياكة الصناعية (ماكينة الأوفرلوك) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند معنوية (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند معنوية (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب للتطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمهارات الخاصة بصيانة ماكينة الأوفرلوك لمستويات الاختبار المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي وبذلك تم التحقق من فروض البحث.

Maintenance is an essential function in all activities that contributes to controlling costs and avoiding serious consequences that can be attributed to technical system malfunction or human error. Various scientific departments in universities and research centers began to pay special attention to the basics of maintenance management (Samer Mazhar 2000). We find that maintenance is one of the most important activities accompanying the production process in any industrial establishment Hazem Abdel Fattah, (Sarah Mehran 2016). The problem of research came in what is the possibility of preparing a computer program to maintain the overlock machine for the student of the ready-made garments in technical institutes and its effectiveness in developing the knowledge and skills of the students of the Department of Readymade Garments in Technical Institutes? Therefore, the research aims to prepare a computer program in the field of maintenance and measuring the effectiveness of its teaching on the skill and cognitive achievement side, as well as raising the level of efficiency of the graduate in maintenance specialization within the industry sector. The exploratory sample was used to verify the validity and reliability of the tools. It consisted of (10) students in the second year, the Department of Readymade Garments, maintenance specialization at the Industrial Technical Institute of Shubra. The proposed program (pre/post) was applied to the basic sample consisting of (55) students in the Department of Readymade Garments, maintenance specialization, at the Industrial Technical Institute of Shubra. The most important results were the presence of statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) between the average grades of students in the pre and post applications to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program in the field of maintenance of industrial knitting machines (overlock machine) in favor of post-application. The study also showed statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between students' average scores in the pre and post-application of the cognitive achievement test in favor of the post-application. Also, there are significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average grades of students in the pre and post-application of skills related to the maintenance of the Overlock machine for skill test levels in favor of the post-application. Thus, the search assumptions were verified.
