المستخلص: يعتقد البعض أن صعوبة الترجمة الاقتصادية تتعلق في البحث عن المصطلحات التقنية المرتبطة بالنص فحسب، ولكن من ينظر للنصوص الفرنسية الاقتصادية والمالية، يجد أنها تعج بالتعبيرات الاستعارية والاصطلاحية والمجازية وكذلك كلمات كثيرة متعددة الدلالة، إلى جانب الكثير من الاقتباسات المنقولة عن اللغة الإنجليزية أو المستحدثة، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض الصعوبات التي يتعرض لها المترجم عند ترجمة نصوص اقتصادية ومالية والحلول المقترحة والأدوات المستخدمة أثناء الترجمة للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات. تنقسم الدراسة إلى خمسة أقسام يتناول كل منها صعوبة من الصعوبات التي تواجه المترجم في النصوص الاقتصادية وهي: - التعبيرات الاستعارية - التعبيرات المجازية - التعبيرات الاصطلاحية - التعبيرات متعددة الدلالة - الاقتباس والكلمات المستحدثة ترتكز الدراسة على النظرية الهدف أو نظرية "Skopos سكوبس" وهي نظرية متخصصة في دراسات الترجمة تجعل من وظيفة النص وهدفه معياراً للتوصل لاستراتيجيات الترجمة الصحيحة وفقاً لسمات وخصائص النص واللغة الهدف وثقافة القارئ المتلقي.

Some might think that the difficulty of economic translation is, solely, pertinent to the search for text-related technical terminology. Whoever examines French economic and financial texts finds them resplendent with metaphorical, idiomatic, and allegorical expressions, as well as polysomic words, and English-based adopted or loanwords. The present study aims to shed light on some difficulties which a translator faces during the process of translating economic and financial texts. It proposes solutions and tools to be used to overcome these difficulties. The study is subdivided into five parts, each address one of these difficulties facing a translator in economic texts: Metaphorical expressions, allegorical expressions, terminological expressions, polysomic expressions, adopted and loan words. The study is based on Skopos, a niche theory in translation studies, which considers the function of the text and its purpose, a standard to encompass valid translation strategies conditioned by the text, target language, and the culture of the recipient addressee.

Le langage économique et financier est un langage d'une grande densité débordant de noms d'entreprises, de cours d'actions, de statistiques, d'abréviations et de termes techniques qui exigent un certain décodage. Plusieurs pensent que la difficulté de la traduction des textes économiques et financiers réside uniquement dans la recherche de l'équivalent d'une terminologie technique dans des ressources spécialisées. Cependant ces textes, vu qu'ils collent à l'actualité, sont en constante évolution et regorgent, à côté des termes techniques, d'expressions métaphoriques, métonymiques, idiomatiques, polysémiques, ainsi que des néologismes et des anglicismes. «Le français économique se distingue non seulement par une terminologie hautement spécialisée notamment d'anglicismes obscurs, mais également par une phraséologie caractéristique qui allie expressions imagées, connotations et une jungle de quasi-synonymes que seuls les professionnels savent débroussailler». (Beuchat 2012 : 13). Le magazine Vie Financière fait la même constatation: «Au grand dam des défenseurs de la langue française, notre vocabulaire financier est envahi par les termes anglo-saxons, souvent par facilité, parfois par snobisme». (Vie financière, 9 octobre 1999). Dans la présente étude, nous viserons exposer les différentes difficultés affrontées, dans le domaine de la traduction économique et financière, après un long parcours de pratique professionnelle dans ce domaine, ainsi que dans l'enseignement de la traduction spécialisée fr/ar-ar/fr et les solutions proposées afin de rendre le texte économique.
