المستخلص: L’objectif principal de la présence des établissements d'enseignement supérieur, c’est la diffusion de la science et de la connaissance, et d’être au courant des dernières nouveautés des sciences modernes, et de subvenir aux besoins de la société, et ainsi de répondre aux exigences du marché du travail. Par la suite, mettre à la disposition des entreprises économiques des ressources humaines pluridisciplinaires en quantité requise et en qualité indiscutable. Si on dit que les output des diplômés de l’université de Yahia Fares de Médéa chaque année universitaire ,tout comme les autres institutions algériennes de l'enseignement supérieur, dépasse de loin les postes financiers ouverts, que ce soit dans les secteurs économiques où dans l’administration de la gestion publique ou privée, en plus de la non adéquation flagrante de certaines spécialités avec les exigences du marché du travail, chose qui à engendrer un problème aigu du chômage dans la catégorie des diplômés universitaires.

The main objective of the presence of higher education, it is the dissemination of science and knowledge, and to be aware of the latest developments of modern science, and meet the needs of society, and to meet the labor market requirements. Thereafter, to provide economic enterprises multidisciplinary human resources required amount and indisputable quality. By disclosing no secret, if we say that the output of university graduates Yahia Fares Medea each academic year, like other Algerian institutions of higher education, far exceeds the open financial positions, either in economic sectors where in the administration of public or private management, in addition to the flagrant non adequacy of certain specialties with the labor market requirements, something that lead to an acute problem of unemployment in the category of university graduates.

تعتبر الغاية الأساسية من تواجد مؤسسات التعليم العالي هي نشر العلم والمعرفة ومواكبة آخر تطورات العلم الحديث وتلبية حاجات المجتمع بالإضافة إلى تلبية احتياجات سوق الشغل، أي توفير موارد بشرية بعدة تخصصات بالكم والكيف الذي تحتاج إليه المؤسسات الجزائرية، ولا يخفى علينا أن ما تنتجه جامعة يحي فارس بالمدية كباقي مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية من خريجين في كل سنة دراسية يفوق المناصب المالية المفتوحة بكثير سواء كانت في القطاعات الاقتصادية أو الإدارية الخاصة والعمومية، وفي كثير من الأحيان بعض التخصصات لا تناسب البتة ما يحتاجه سوق الشغل ما يؤدي إلى الوقوع في مشكل البطالة في فئة خريجي الجامعات.
