|a يتناول هذا البحث طبيعة العلاقة بين النمو المهني وآليات تقويم المعلم. وقد تم دراسة هذه العلاقة من زوايا ثلاث، هي: التقويم كداعم لعملية النمو المهني، التقويم كعائق لعملية النمو المهني، التقويم كعامل مستقل عن التقويم المهني، واستندت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الأفكار الرئيسة تمثلت في الوقوف على مفهوم النمو المهني وأبعاده ومراحله، وتقويم النمو المهني وأشكاله والشروط الواجب توافرها كي يصبح التقويم المهني عاملا داعما لتحقيق النمو المهني المنشود للمعلم.

|d La présente recherche a pour vocation de mettre en évidence la nature du rapport entre le développement professionnel et les mécanisme d'évaluation des enseignants. Pour ce faire, un ensemble d'idées et de perspectives a été analysé: la conception du développement professionnel (ses dimensions, ses types et ses contraintes), et l'évaluation professionnelle (sa nature, ses contraintes et ses formes). Ces idées avaient pour objectif de montrer comment l'évaluation peut être un levier au développement professionnel des enseignants.

|f This research examines the nature of the relationship between professional growth and teacher evaluation mechanisms. This relationship has been studied from three angles: evaluation as a supporter of the professional growth process; evaluation as an obstacle to the professional growth process; evaluation as a factor independent of the professional evaluation. This study is based on a set of main ideas that include identification of the concept of professional growth, its dimensions and stages, evaluation of professional growth and its forms, and the conditions that must be met so that the professional evaluation becomes a supporting factor to achieve the desired professional growth for the teacher.
