Obstacles to Using Distance Learning in Teaching the Arabic Language Course for the Secondary Stage During the Corona Pandemic from the Viewpoint of Arabic Language Teachers in the Hawalley Educational District in the State of Kuwait

المستخلص: The current study aimed to identify the obstacles to using distance learning in teaching the Arabic language course for the secondary stage During the Corona pandemic from the point of view of Arabic language teachers in the Hawalley educational region, and to identify individual differences in responding to the obstacles to using distance learning in teaching the Arabic language course for the secondary stage During the Corona pandemic, from the point of view of Arabic language teachers in the Hawalley educational region, it is attributed to the variable of gender and experience, and the descriptive analytical curriculum was used, and the study community consisted of Arabic language teachers in the Hawalley Educational District in the State of Kuwait in the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021 AD. A random sample consisting of (160) male and female teachers, and a questionnaire was prepared for that consisting of 020 items and distributed into three areas: the first field: the administrative and financial aspects, the second area the aspects related to the student and the teacher, and the third field the aspects related to the use of e-learning, and the results of the study were reached. That the arithmetic means ranged between (3.39-3.48), as obstacles related to distance learning came first with the highest arithmetic mean of ( 3.48), while the student and teacher aspects came in the last place with an arithmetic mean of (3.39), the arithmetic mean of the tool as a whole was (3.43) and with a moderate degree, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender. Where the value of P was 1.705 and in statistical terms amounted to 0.194, there were statistically significant differences (0.0 = 0.05) due to the effect of experience and the differences came in favor of more than 10 years. The study recommended the necessity of qualifying and training Arabic language teachers in electronic training programs on how to transfer knowledge and information through the Internet to achieve the greatest benefit, and the need to adopt the use of blended learning by combining the electronic method with the traditional method of teaching Arabic language research, and the need to design Arabic language course in line with the distance education system, and the need to spread awareness among students and teachers towards using distance education to achieve the greatest amount of interaction with this type of education.
