المستخلص: The concept of organizational legitimacy goes beyond the mere fact that it is a dependent variable (subject of change) to being a structured (independent) variable on the basis of which the quality of the relationship between the organization and its surroundings is determined in light of emerging transformations. Through this research, we aim to structure the Foundation's relationship with its surroundings around the concept of organizational legitimacy and to clarify the vision about its application areas. Le concept de la légitimité organisationnelle ne peut plus s'envisager uniquement comme une variable dépendante (l'objet du changement) mais bien comme une variable structurante (indépendante) qui va conditionner la qualité relationnelle de l’entreprise avec son environnement à chaque évènement transformationnel. Cet article se donnait pour objectif de restructurer la relation (entreprise/ environnement) autour de concept de légitimité et éclairer les voies de ses applications.

يتجاوز مفهوم الشرعية التنظيمية مجرد كونه متغير تابع (موضوع تغيير) إلى كونه متغير مهيكل (مستقل) تتحدد على أساسه نوعية العلاقة بين المؤسسة ومحيطها في ظل التحولات المستجدة، ونهدف من خلال بحثنا هذا إلى هيكلة علاقة المؤسسة بمحيطها حول مفهوم الشرعية التنظيمية وإيضاح الرؤية حول مجالات تطبيقاتها.
