المستخلص: Cet article tente d’analyser et de clarifier la relation entre l’enseignement et le marché du travail, il traite Le statut des résultats de l'enseignement secondaire sur le marché du travail algérien et sa contribution au développement, Vu que cette catégorie constitue un investissement économique et social des ressources humaines. Pour mettre en évidence cette étude on a employé la Méthode descriptive analytique et la Méthode historique pour en déduire que cette catégorie occupe une place incontestable dans le marché du travail, car elle constitue un maillon indispensable du développement de la région dans laquelle elle se situe. Nous soulignons également la nécessité de développer une approche théorique plus globale pour sortir du cercle de description et d'analyse de ces deux variables: (résultats de l’enseignement et le marché du travail).

This article attempts to analyze and clarify the relationship between education and labor market, by examining the situation of secondary education out puts on the Algerian labor market, and their contribution to the development. Considering that, this category constitutes an economic and social investment of human resources. To highlight this study The Analytical Descriptive Method and the Historical Method have been used to deduce that this category occupies an undeniable place in the labor market, since it constitutes an indispensable link in the development of the region in which it is situated. We also underline the need to develop a more global theoretical approach to get out of the circle of description and analysis of these two variables: (education outputs and labor market).

يحاول هذا المقال تحليل وتوضيح علاقة التعليم بسوق العمل، حيث يتناول وضعية مخرجات التعليم الثانوي بسوق العمل الجزائري، ومساهمتها في التنمية؛ على اعتبار أن هاته الفئة تمثل استثمارا اقتصاديا واجتماعيا للموارد البشرية. وللإحاطة بموضوع الدراسة وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن وضعية هذه الفئة لا بأس بها في سوق العمل، باعتبار أنها حلقة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها فيما يخص تطوير الإقليم الذي توجد فيه. كما نؤكد على ضرورة تطوير مقاربة نظرية تكون أكثر شمولا للخروج من دائرة الوصف والتحليل لهذين المتغيرين: (مخرجات التعليم وسوق العمل).
