|a بعد أن تحولت البنوك وبخاصة البنوك المركزية في الدول المتقدمة وحتى في كثير من الدول الأخذة بالنمو من إطار الأداء التقليدي إلى الأداء القائم على التميز لتحقيق التطور والتقدم، فضلا عن تحول المجتمعات من صناعية إلى مجتمعات معرفة، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على إمكانية استخدام أدوات التعلم التنظيمي في بيئة البنوك ودورها في تحقيق الأداء المتميز، من خلال المزج ما بين الأفكار والنظريات الاستراتيجية والمعرفية والتنظيمية وصهرها في بوتقة الأداء البنكي المتميز. لقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من المؤشرات والاختبارات الإحصائية بهدف وضع منهج علمي يمكن البنك المركزي قيد الدراسة من تبني نظريات، تطبيقات ما ورد في أعلاه، وأخيرا توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات النظرية والميدانية والتي تم الاستناد عليها لتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات المنسجمة مع هذه الاستنتاجات.
