| 520 | |a تهدف أية عملية تقييم ذاتي، من ناحية، إلى إجراء فحص نقدي ذاتي لخدمات المؤسسة، ومن ناحية أخرى، القيام بعملية تحسين الجودة من خلال إرساء ديناميكية الابتكار (استراتيجية التطوير)، وهو ما يترجم اهتماما بتحقيق حوكمة جيدة، وهذا ما يقودنا للتساؤل: هل تلبي ممارسات جامعة برج بوعريريج احتياجات الأطراف الفاعلة، لا سيما منها ما يتعلق بعروض التكوين، التعاون والتبادلات الدولية؟ ما هي الأهداف التي سطرتها المؤسسة لتغطية النقائص؟ وما هي التدابير المتخذة لتحقيقها؟ بالرجوع إلى تقرير التقييم الذاتي لجامعة برج بوعريريج، والذي سمح بتشخيص وضعية المؤسسة استنادا لما يوصي به المرجع الوطني للجودة (RNAQUES)، سنقوم بتحليل المعطيات والممارسات من أجل تسليط الضوء على نقاط القوة والضعف الخاصة بالجامعة، وكذا تحديد الفرص التي يتعين اغتنامها، لا سيما في ميادين التكوين، البحث والتعاون. الهدف من هذا كله هو تحديد التدابير التي ينبغي اعتمادها قصد تعزيز العلاقة ما بين الجامعة والمحيط الاقتصادي-الاجتماعي. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of any self-assessment operation is, on the one hand, to conduct a self-critical review of the institution's performance and, on the other hand, to initiate a process of quality improvement by establishing a dynamic of innovation (development strategy) and this reflects good governance, which makes us wonder: do the practices of Bordj Bou Arreridj University meet the needs of all stakeholders, including international training, cooperation and exchanges? What are the institution's objectives for filling existing gaps and what actions do they translate into? Referring to the self-assessment report from the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj, which diagnosed the state of the institution in relation to what the National Quality Benchmark (RNAQUES) recommends, we will analyze the data in order to highlight UBBA strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities and threats to the institution, especially in the areas of research, training and cooperation. This is in order to determine the actions to be taken by the university in order to strengthen the relationship between the university and the socio-economic environment. | ||
