|a هدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم مدى مرونة مهارة الموارد البشرية، ومستوى جودة الخدمات الطلابية المقدمة بجامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وتحديد مدى تأثير مرونة مهارة الموارد البشرية على تحسين جودة الخدمات الطلابية، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسته حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية من طلاب جامعة تشرين بلغت (100) طالب. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هي: تمتع العاملون بجامعة تشرين بقدرة على التكيف مع مختلف التغيرات والتطورات الحاصلة ببيئة الجامعة، وتقدم الجامعة الخدمات الطلابية بمستوى جودة أقل مما يتوقعه الطلاب، ووجود تأثير لمرونة مهارة الموارد البشرية على تحسين جودة الخدمات الطلابية، ولقد تم عرض بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها أن تساعد على تحسين جودة الخدمات الطلابية.

|b The aim of this research was to evaluate the flexibility of the human resources skill, and the level of quality of student services provided at Tishreen University from the students' point of view, and to determine the extent of the impact of the flexibility of the human resources skill on improving the quality of student services. A random number of Tishreen University students reached (100) students. Among the most important results of this research are: The employees of Tishreen University have the ability to adapt to the various changes and developments taking place in the university environment, and the university provides student services with a level of quality lower than what students expect, and the presence of the flexibility of human resource skill to improve the quality of student services, and has been done Show some recommendations that would help to improve the quality of student services.
