|b The aim of the research is to analyze the spatial characteristics and relate them to the phenomenon under study in an attempt by researchers to find out the causes of the disease and the resulting risks and effects at the individual and community level. The study hypothesized that there are factors and factors that pave the way for the spread of the disease; there was a strong correlation between the variables of the study (environmental variable and the phenomenon studied). The study also assumed that some variables do not constitute a significant factor in this field. The most important reasons and environmental relations dusty on it, the description is a methodology cannot be overlooked in human studies; a questionnaire was developed and distributed to (463) patients from cancer patients in Nasiriya in 2017/2018. The total number of patients was 4637. The analysis required an explanation of the nature of the phenomenon, the pattern of its spread and its environmental relations, which was the objective of the study. The scientific necessity necessitated dividing the research into several topics, the first of which dealt with the size and distribution of cancer cases worldwide. While the other subjects were allocated to study the demographic, social and economic characteristics of the infected according to the questionnaire Questionnaire distributed in the Center for Cancer Oncology in the province of Dhi Qar Governorate in March 2017, and the random sample that was selected consists of 463 infected, The form included the age structure, quality, education, economy, diet and habits, as well as the psychological state of the injured, One of the main findings and recommendations of the research was collaboration between the organizations and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) with other United Nations organizations under the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on the Prevention and Control of No communicable Diseases (Non-communicable diseases), providing global leadership as well as technical assistance To support Governments and their partners in the development and maintenance of programs for the provision of quality services in the field of cervical cancer control, And to provide technical assistance to transfer best practices in the rapid and effective implementation of cancer control interventions.

|a هدف البحث إلى التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحليل الخصائص المكانية وربطها بالظاهرة قيد الدراسة في محاولة من قبل الباحثين لمعرفة أسباب المرض وما ينتج عنه من مخاطر وآثار على المستوى الفردي والمجتمعي. وقد افترضت الدراسة أن هناك عوامل ومسببات تمهد الأرضية الملائمة لانتشار المرض، إذ ظهرت علاقة ارتباط قوية بين متغيري الدراسة (المتغير البيئي والظاهرة المدروسة)، أما منهجية البحث فقد تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليل في دراسة الظاهرة وتوزيعها وبيان أهم أسبابها والعلاقات البيئية المتربة على ذلك، فالوصف منهجا لا يمكن إغفاله في الدراسات الإنسانية، وتم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة البحث وعددهم (463) مريض من مرضى السرطان في مشفى الأورام السرطانية في مدينة الناصرية للعام 2017/ 2018 والذي شكل مجموعهم (4637) مريض، أما التحليل في تفسير لطبيعة الظاهرة ونمط انتشارها وعلاقاتها البيئية وهو الهدف الذي سعت إليه الدراسة. وقد اقتضت الضرورة العلمية تقسيم البحث إلى عدة مواضيع تطرق الأول منها إلى حجم في حين خصصت المواضيع الأخرى إلى دراسة الخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمصابين وفق استمارة الاستبانة التي وزعت في مركز الأورام السرطانية في محافظة ذي قار في آذار 2017، والعينة العشوائية التي اختيارها تتكون من (463) مصاب، وتضمنت الاستمارة التركيب العمري والنوعي والتعليمي والاقتصادي والنظام الغذائي والعادات المتبعة، فضلا عن الحالة النفسية للمصابين، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي توصل لها البحث التعاون بين المنظمات والوكالة الدولية لبحوث السرطان مع سائر المؤسسات التابعة للأمم المتحدة في إطار فرقة عمل الأمم المتحدة المشتركة بين الوكالات المعنية بالوقاية من الأمراض غير المعدية (غير السارية) ومكافحتها، توفير القيادة العالمية فضلا عن تقديم المساعدة التقنية لدعم الحكومات وشركائها في وضع وصون برامج معنية بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة في ميدان مكافحة سرطان عنق الرحم، وتقديم المساعدة التقنية اللازمة لنقل أفضل الممارسات المتبعة في مجال تنفيذ تدخلات مكافحة السرطان نقلا سريعا وفعالا.
