المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي تلعبه المداخل الإدارية الحديثة في تطوير أداء المؤسسات، وركزت الدراسة على مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة الذي يعتبر من أهم مداخل التطوير المستمر، حيث تم تطبيق هذا المدخل في العديد من المؤسسات لتحسين وتطوير نوعية خدماتها وإنتاجها، والمساعدة في مواجهة التحديات الشديدة، وكسب رضا العملاء، حيث يركز مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين الجودة كقوة محفزة في كافة المجالات الوظيفية، ولمعرفة أثر تطبيق مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تطوير أداء المؤسسات، و كمحاولة لإسقاط الضوء على بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية، تم اختيار المؤسسة المينائية سكيكدة كدراسة حالة، وشملت الدراسات عينة من إطارات المؤسسة، و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين تطبيق هذا المدخل وتطوير أداء المؤسسة من خلال تطوير العمل وتحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار بمشاركة الأفراد العاملين كدا، وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة لتحقيق رضا العملاء، خاصة وأن العميل أصبح محور نشاط المؤسسات اليوم.

This study aims to clarify the role that play the modern administrative methods in the development of the companies’ performance, and it focused on the method of the global quality management which is considered as one of the most important introductions to the continuous development, where this introduction has been applied in many companies to improve and develop the quality of their services and production and to help in facing big challenges and to acquire the satisfaction of the clients. Thus, the introduction to global quality management focuses on the improvement of the quality as motivating power in all the functional fields, and to know the impact of the application of the introduction to global quality management on the development of the companies’ performance and as attempt to enlighten on the Algerian business environment, it has been chosen the Harbour Company of Skikda as case of study, and the study covered a sample of the managing staff of the company. So the study concludes to the existence of a relation between the application of this introduction and the development of the performance of the company through the development of work and the improvement of the operation making decision by the involvement of its employees, and the improvement of the services offered by the company to reach the satisfaction of the clients, especially that the client becomes the axis of the companies’ activities today.
