المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيقات الحوكمة الإلكترونية لنظام الاعتماد المدرسي في إدارات التعليم العام بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض في ضوء منحى نظرية النظم، وكذلك التعرف إلى المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقام الباحث بتحليل البيانات تحليلا كميا باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: كانت أغلب تطبيقات الحوكمة الإلكترونية لعمليات الاعتماد المدرسي في إدارات التعليم العام في ضوء نظرية النظم ضعيفة، حيث جاءت موافقة أفراد عينة البحث على ذلك بدرجة ضعيفة. كذلك هناك بعض المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية لعمليات الاعتماد المدرسي في إدارات التعليم العام في ضوء نظرية النظم، حيث جاءت موافقة أفراد عينة البحث على ذلك بدرجة كبيرة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة أن يتم نشر الثقافة الإلكترونية بين منسوبي التعليم وأولياء الأمور، وذلك من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، وفي المناسبات الخاصة بالتعليم العام، وأن تبادر الإدارة العليا بتدريب الإداريين والمعلمين تدريبا عمليا تطبيقيا على تطبيقات الحوكمة الإلكترونية

The aim of the current research is to reveal the reality of e-governance applications for the school accreditation system in public education departments in middle schools in Riyadh in light of the system theory approach, as well as to identify the obstacles facing the application of e-governance and defining the requirements for developing e-governance applications for the school accreditation system in general education departments in light of system theory approach. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the research tool was a questionnaire consisting of (49) paragraphs, while the research sample consisted of (45) managers. The researcher analyzed the data quantitatively using a set of statistical methods to reach answers to the research questions, where the data was entered after reviewing and auditing it to the computer, to extract iterations, percentages, arithmetic averages and deviations using the (SPSS) standard program for the respondents' answers about the electronic governance applications in educational administration and the requirements of developing them. The e-governance of school accreditation processes in general education departments in light of systems theory was weak, as the approval of the research personnel came with a weak degree, with an average of (2.46 out of 5). There are also some obstacles that limit the application of electronic governance of school accreditation processes in general education departments in light of system theory, where the approval of the research personnel came with a high degree, with an average of (3.383 out of 5.) One of the most important recommendations of the study is to spread electronic culture among education personnel and parents, through various media and in special education events. It is also recommended that top management initiates training administrators and teachers practically on the applications of e-governance
