المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة: قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على فنيات الحجاج اللغوي في تنمية مهارات الكتابة الابتكارية والتفكير الإحاطي لدى الطالبات الفائقات بالصف الأول الثانوي العام. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من الطالبات الفائقات بالصف الأول الثانوي العام بالمدرسة الثانوية بنات بمحافظة الفيوم حيث اعتمد الباحثان على التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة، وقد بلغ عددها (٣٢) طالبة، طبقت عليهم أدوات الدراسة تطبيقا قبليا وبعديا للحصول على نتائج الدراسة، وقد اتبعت الدراسة كلا من المنهجين: الوصفي، والتجريبي وفي سبيل التحقق من فروض الدراسة؛ اعتمدت الدراسة على الأدوات الآتية: قائمة بمهارات الكتابة الابتكارية، وقائمة بمهارات التفكير الإحاطي ودليل المعلمة لكيفية استخدام أنشطة البرنامج المقترح في الدراسة، وكتيب للطالبة، ثم اختبار مهارات الكتابة الابتكارية، واختبار مهارات التفكير الإحاطي؛ وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: ١- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية (عينة الدراسة) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الكتابة الابتكارية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ٢ -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية (عينة الدراسة) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات التفكير الإحاطي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أكدت النتائج علـى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على فنيات الحجاج اللغوي في تنمية مهارات الكتابة الابتكارية والتفكير الإحاطي لدى الطالبات الفائقات بالصف الأول الثانوي العام.

The study aimed: measuring the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the linguistic techniques of negotiation in developing the creative writing skill' and Lateral thinking of the outstanding female students in the first year of secondary school. The study sample consisted of outstanding female students in the first year of general secondary school at the secondary school for girls in Fayoum Governorate, where the researchers relied on the experimental design with one experimental group, and its number was (32) students, they were applied the study tools before and after to obtain the results of the study, and the study followed Both of the two approaches: descriptive and experimental, in order to verify the study's hypotheses. The study relied on the following tools: a list of innovative writing skills, a list of Lateral finking skills, a teacher's guide to how to use the activities of the proposed program in the study, a student's handbook, then a test of creative writing skills, and a test of outlining thinking skills; After applying the study tools, the study reached the following results: l- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students (the study sample) in the pre and post applications of the innovative writing test in favor of the post application. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the female students of The experimental group (the study sample) in the pre and post applications of the test of peripheral thinking skills in favor of the post application. The results also confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed program based on negotiation linguistic techniques in developing innovative writing skills and critical thinking among outstanding female students in the first year of secondary school.
