The research tools consisted of a general data form for female heads of households, a questionnaire of narcissistic personality disorders in its five aspects, and a questionnaire of skillful performance management in its three aspects. They were applied to a sample of 250 female heads of households who were selected in a random and purposive manner from different regions in the Gharbia Governorate, and the descriptive analytical approach Statistical treatments were performed using the SPSS statistical program to extract the results and apply some statistical methods such as computing the Pearson Correlation Coefficient to calculate the validity of the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the management of skillful performance, and the alpha coefficient to calculate the degree of reliability of the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the management of skill performance And the split-half test for the search tool by extracting the Spearman-Brown equation, Guttman's equation, calculating frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations of quantitative variables, calculating frequencies and percentages of the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and managing skill performance with their axes, Pearson correlation coefficients matrix of Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire And the management of skill performance in its aspects, and the calculation of Pearson correlation coefficients to find out the relationship between the quantitative variables of the sample for the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the Management of Skillful Performance, and the T-Test to find out the significance of the differences between the sample scores in the Narcissistic Personality Disorders Questionnaire and the management of skill performance, A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to find out the significance of the differences between some variables of the socio-economic level, a narcissistic personality disorder questionnaire with its axes, as well as the expressions of managing skill performance in its interlocutor, and using the Tukey test to find out the significance of the differences. Among the results of the study there was a statistically significant correlation between the questionnaire of narcissistic personality disorders with its five axes and the management of skill performance in its three aspects among women heads of households, the study sample at a significance level of 0.01.While there is a statistically significant correlation relationship between some economic and social level variables for the families of female heads of households, the study sample, such as the educational level of the father, narcissistic personality disorders at a level of significance (0.01), and the management of skill performance at a level of significance (0.05), while there is no statistically significant correlation relationship between some of the level variables. Economic and social differences for the families of female heads of households, the study sample (such as age, number of family members, educational level of the mother and income), narcissistic personality disoders, and management of skill performance, and there are also statistically significant differences between female heads of households, the study sample from rural and urban areas, in the questionnaire of narcissistic personality disorders and management of skill performance at a significant level 0.001 and depending on the type of their dwelling - rent. There are no statistically significant differences between female heads of households, the study sample according to the composition of the nuclear and combined family in the questionnaire of narcissistic personality disorders in its five aspects and the management of skill performance in its three aspects.
