بالنظر لأهمية مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الابتدائية) كونها تعد الركيزة في بناء شخصية الفرد، وكذلك أهمية اللغة ومهارتها وما تقوم به من دور في تعلم التلامذة ونموهم المعرفي والوجداني والنفس حركي؛ لذا يركز البحث الحالي اهتمامه في بناء برنامج تعليمي قائم على مهارات الاستماع لتلامذة المرحلة الابتدائية، يمكن الباحثين والمعلمين على حد سواء عند تطبيقه من تنمية الأداء التعبيري للتلامذة ومهاراتهم في الحديث، وقد استخدمت الباحثة لتحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج الوصفي، إذ اشتمل البرنامج المقترح على (١٤) موضوعا كل موضوع يقدم في درس منفرد يستغرق (٤٠) دقيقة، كما تضمن البرنامج طرائق وأساليب ونشاطات متنوعة. ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث: 1. تشجيع تلامذة المرحلة الابتدائية بممارسة مهارات الاستماع أثناء تعلمهم. ٢. تضمين دورات إعداد وتطوير المعلمين أثناء الخدمة موضوع توظيف مهارات الاستماع فيما يقدموه للتلامذة من معارف. ٣. من الممكن لوزارة التربية الاستعانة بهذا البرنامج في التخطيط لدروس التعبير والمحادثة للمرحلة الابتدائية. ٤. يمكن أن يقدم هذا البرنامج ضمن دورات طرائق التدريس لمعلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية. ومن مقترحات البحث: ١. إجراء دراسة حول مهارات الاستماع وعلاقتها بأساليب التعلم. ٢. إجراء دراسة حول توظيف مهارات الاستماع في فروع اللغة العربية الأخرى.
Given the importance of basic education (primary) being longer pillar in the construction of the individual's personality, as well as the importance of language and their skill and their own role in the learning of students and development of cognitive, emotional and self-dynamic; therefore current research focuses on building based educational program on the listening skills of the students of primary school , can researchers and teachers alike when applied to expressive performance development for students and their skills in the modern, researcher has used to achieve this goal descriptive approach, as proposed program included (14) the subject of each topic presented in a single lesson takes 40 minutes, also included The program methods and techniques and a variety of activities. Among the recommendations that came out of research: 1. encourage primary school pupils to exercise listening skills while learning. 2. Include the preparation and development of in-service teacher courses subject of employing the skills of listening present them with the knowledge to students. 3. It is possible for the Ministry of Education to use this program in the planning of the lessons of expression and conversation at the primary level. 4. This program could provide within the teaching methods courses for teachers of Arabic language at the elementary level. And research proposals: 1. conduct a study on ways of listening and learning relationship skills. 2. conduct a study on the employment of listening skills in other branches of the Arabic language.
