|a يتناول هذا البحث أصلا من الأصول النحوية وهو استصحاب الحال، وأبعاده المعرفية؛ لإبراز هذا المفهوم بشمولية، واستظهار تجلياته في الدرس اللغوي، ويتتبع آراء اللغويين من القدامى والمحدثين حول دوره ووظيفته اللغوية، كما يجيب عن أسئلة رئيسة هي: ما مفهوم استصحاب الحال معرفيا ونحويا؟ وما المظاهر التي تجلى فيها استصحاب الحال في الدرس اللغوي؟ وأخيرا: هل يمكن قبول استصحاب الحال في الدرس اللغوي؟، ووظف البحث المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة، وخلص إلى نتائج، من أبرزها أن وجود الاستصحاب في الدراسة النحوية قديما له مسوغ واحد وهو بناء علم القواعد grammar، أما إن كنا في صدد الحديث عن علم التراكيب syntax فهو أمر مختلف، لأنه لم يعبر عن متن لغوي قائم على المراجعة في الزمان الثاني، بعد اتساع اللغة وتعدد المرويات، كما أن توظيف استصحاب الحال باعتباره وجها من وجوه المنهج المعياري برز في مظهر العلة النحوية.

|b This research deals with the origin of the grammatical origins, which is the companionship of the case, and its cognitive dimensions; To highlight this concept comprehensively, to memorize its manifestations in the linguistic lesson, and to follow the opinions of ancient and modem linguists about its role and linguistic function, as well as answer the main questions: What is the concept of accompaniment of the situation cognitively and grammatically? What are the manifestations that were manifested in the case of the language lesson? And finally: Is it possible to accept istishab in the linguistic lesson?, and the research employed the descriptive approach to answer these questions, and came to conclusions, the most important of which is that the presence of istishab in the grammatical study in the past had one justification, which is the construction of grammar, but if we With regard to talking about the science of syntax, it is a different matter, because it did not express a linguistic text based on revision in the second time, after the expansion of the language and the multiplicity of narrations, and the employment of the case as an aspect of the normative approach emerged in the manifestation of the cause, grammar.
