المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء فعالية برنامج تعليمي مستند إلى استراتيجيات الـتعلم التفاعلي في تحسين التحصيل واكتساب المفاهيم في مادة التربية الوطنية والاجتماعية لدى طلبة الصف الرابع الأساسي في محافظة معان- الأردن. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الشبه التجريبي والذي يتضمن متغير مستقل- البرنامج التعليمي المستند إلى استراتيجيات التعلم التفاعلي المدمج مع المحتوى الدراسي لمادة التربية الوطنية والاجتماعية للصف الرابع الأساسي واستقصاء فعاليته في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي والمفاهيم في مادة التربية الوطنية والاجتماعية ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية والاختبار القبلي والبعدي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة الطلبة الملحقين بالصف الرابع الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة معان- الأردن، بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من شعبة صف رابع أساسي- مجموعة ضابطة وعددها ١٨ طالبة- وشعبة صف رابع أساسي- مجموعة تجريبية وعددها ١٧ طالبة. واعد برنامج تعليمي مستند إلى استراتيجيات التعلم التفاعلي مدمج مع المحتوى الدراسي لوحدة دراسية من كتاب الطالب للفصل الدراسي الثاني، وإعداد اختبار تحصيل يقيس مدى اكتساب الطلبة للمحتوى واختبار أخرى لقياس مدى اكتساب المفاهيم. كما تم تحكيم صدق البرنامج التعليمي المستند إلى استراتيجيات التعلم التفاعلي المدمج مع المحتوى الدراسي وصدق وثبات كل من اختبار التحصيل واختبار المفاهيم، أجريت الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2020/2021). توصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية البرنامج التعليمي المستند إلى استراتيجيات التعلم التفاعلي المدمج مع المحتوى في تحسين التحصيل واكتساب المفاهيم لدى طلبة الصف الرابع الأساسي في مادة التربية والاجتماعية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. توصى الدراسة إلى توظيف استراتيجيات التعلم التفاعلي مدمجة مع المحتوى الدراسي من أجل تحسين التحصيل واكتساب المفاهيم والإسهام في تربية الطلبة على التعلم المستدام ومواكبة المعرفة واكتساب الكفايات المنشودة المترافقة مع نمو الطالب الدراسي والمعرفي والمواقف الحياتية وتجنب الانكفاء المعرفي وانحسار نمو الكفايات لديه.

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an educational program based on interactive learning strategies in improving achievement and acquisition of concepts in the subject of national and social education among fourth-grade students in Ma'an Governorate- Jordan. The study followed the semi-experimental approach, which includes an independent variable- the educational program based on interactive learning strategies combined with the curricular content of the subject of national and social education for the fourth grade and investigated its effectiveness in improving academic achievement and concepts in the subject of national and social education with the two groups, control and experimental, and pre and post testing. The study population consisted of all students attached to the fourth grade of basic education in public schools in Ma'an Governorate- Jordan, while the study sample consisted of the fourth-grade division- a control group of 18 students- and the fourth-grade division- an experimental group of 17 students. Preparing an educational program based on interactive learning strategies integrated with the academic content of a unit of study from the student’s book for the second semester, and preparing an achievement test that measures the extent of students' acquisition of the content and another test to measure the extent of conceptual acquisition. The validity of the educational program based on interactive learning strategies integrated with the academic content was also evaluated and the validity and reliability of both the achievement test and the concept test. The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year (2020/2021). The study found the effectiveness of the educational program based on interactive learning strategies combined with content in improving the achievement and acquisition of concepts for fourth grade students in basic education and social subjects and for the benefit of the experimental group. The study recommends employing interactive learning strategies integrated with the academic content in order to improve achievement and acquisition of concepts and contribute to educating students on sustainable learning, keeping abreast of knowledge and acquiring the desired competencies associated with the student’s academic growth, knowledge and life situations, and avoiding cognitive retreat and a decline in the growth of his competencies.
