|a هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للأزمات برياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف وأهم مراحلها والوقوف على أهم أسباب الأزمات والكشف عن أهم أساليب التعامل مع الأزمات برياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف وأبرز متطلباته والوقوف على واقع مواجهة الأزمات برياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف وكيفية التعامل معها من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما تم تطبيق استبانة للتعرف على واقع مواجهة الأزمات برياض الأطفال الأزهر الشريف من وجهة نظر عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بلغ عددهن (١١٠) معلمة بالمناطق الأزهرية (الجيزة - سوهاج -الإسكندرية) وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ما يلي:- •تبني الأزهر الشريف بصفة عامة والإدارة العامة لرياض الأطفال بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية-خاصة-لسياسة المركزية في التعامل مع الأزمات برياض الأطفال، ضعف عمليات التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية بالتعامل مع الأزمات في ظل قصور في نظم الاتصال وقلة فاعليتها. •وجود الكثير من الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى نشوء الأزمات برياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف أهمها ضعف الاستفادة من خبرات الآخرين في مواجهة الأزمات، قصور في عقد برامج تدريبية حول مواجهة الأزمات، قصور في تشكيل لجان لبحث الأزمة، افتقاد رياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف إلى مناخ يشجع العاملين على الإعلام عن احتمال حدوث أزمة. كما أوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة تكوين فريق دائم لإدارة الأزمات برياض الأطفال بالإدارة العامة برياض الأطفال بالأزهر الشريف، العمل على تنفيذ برامج وحزم تدريب متعلقة بإدارة الأزمات، الاستعانة بذوي الخبرة في مواجهة الأزمات والاستفادة من التجارب المماثلة ضرورة الأخذ بمبدأ التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتعامل مع الأزمات في رياض الأطفال.

|b The research paper aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of crises in kindergartens in Al-Azhar and its most important stages, to identify the most important causes of crises, to reveal the most important methods of dealing with crises in kindergartens in Al-Azhar and its most prominent requirements, and to stand on the reality of facing crises in kindergartens in Al- Azhar and how to deal with them from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers Children in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and the research used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to identify the reality of facing crises in kindergartens in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif from the point of view of a sample of kindergarten teachers, whose number reached (110)teachers in Al- Azhar areas (Giza - Sohag - Alexandria). To several results, the most important of which are the following:- Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in general and the general administration of kindergartens in the sector of Al-Azhar institutes - in particular - adopt a central policy in dealing with crises in kindergartens, weak coordination processes between the authorities concerned with dealing with crises in light of the shortcomings in communication systems and their ineffectiveness There are many reasons that lead to the emergence of crises in kindergartens in Al-Azhar, the most important of which are the weakness of benefiting from the experiences of others in the face of crises, shortcomings in holding training programs on facing crises, inadequacy in forming committees to discuss the crisis, the lack of kindergartens in Al-Azhar with an atmosphere that encourages media workers about the possibility of a crisis The research also recommended many recommendations, the most important of which is the need to form a permanent team for crisis management in kindergartens in the general administration of kindergartens in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, working to implement programs and training packages related to crisis management, seeking the assistance of experts in facing crises and benefiting from similar experiences, the need to adopt the principle of strategic planning to deal With crises in kindergarten.
