المستخلص: شهد العالم أزمة تعليمية عالمية بسبب فيروس كورونا المستجد (19-COVlD) وقد نتج عنها تعليق الدراسة بالمدارس والجامعات وقد فرضت على الجميع استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم والتعلم، وتقديم المادة التعليمية من خلال التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد وتوفير بدائل لمواجهة هذه الأزمة، وقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة جهود بعض الجامعات العربية والأجنبية في مواجهة الأزمة الناتجة عن فيروس كورونا المستجد وإمكانية الإفادة منها في الجامعات المصرية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبانة الكترونية على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر وعين شمس وأسيوط للتعرف على واقع مواجهة الأزمة في هذه الجامعات في مجال الإدارة والتدريس والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلى: - قامت الجامعات العربية بتفعيل منصات رسمية موحدة للتعليم الإلكتروني مثل" Black Board" وتمت مواصلة العملية التعليمية عن بعد بشكل متزامن وغير متزامن، كما أطلقت برامج لتمويل البحوث في مجال مواجهة الأزمات وخصصت جوائز لأفضل البحوث المميزة في مواجهة فيروس كورونا. - اهتمت الجامعات الأجنبية بجعل أزمة كورونا جزءا حيا من المناهج الدراسية وقاموا بتدريسها للطلاب في مجالات دراسية متنوعة كالتاريخ والبيولوجي والاقتصاد، وقامت بإنشاء مراكز لتعزيز الصحة النفسية لعلاج المشكلات النفسية الناتجة عن الأزمة. - كانت أكثر البرامج التي استخدمها أعضاء هيئة التدريس للتواصل مع الطلاب في الجامعات المصرية، هو تطبيق "What s App" بنسبة قدرها (٤٦.٤%) من إجمالي العينة يليه برنامج "Teams" بنسبة "٢٢.٦%". - ضعف الجامعات المصرية في عقد شراكات بحثية مع جامعات أو مؤسسات طبية وضعف الإعلان عن مشروعات بحثية ممولة لمواجهة الفيروس.

The world witnessed a global educational crisis due to the new Corona Virus (COVID-19). It has resulted in the suspension of studies in schools and universities. It has imposed on everyone the use of modern technologies in teaching and learning, providing educational material through e-learning and distance education, and providing alternatives to confront this crisis. The current study aimed to study the efforts of some Arab and foreign universities in facing the crisis resulting from the emerging Corona virus and the possibility of benefiting from it in Egyptian universities. The study used the descriptive approach, An Electronic questionnaire was applied to a sample of faculty members at Al-Azhar University, Ain Shams University and Assiut University to identify the reality of facing the crisis in these Universities in the field of administration, teaching, scientific research and community service. Among the most important results of the study are the following: -The Arab universities activated unified official platforms for e-learning such as "Black Board" and the educational process was continued simultaneously and asynchronously. It also launched programs to finance research in the field of crises and allocated prizes for the best distinguished research in facing the Corona virus. -Foreign universities were interested in making the Corona crisis a living part of the school curriculum, and they taught them to students in various fields of study, such as history, biology, and economics, and established centers to enhance mental health to treat the psychological problems resulting from the crisis. -The most used programs used by faculty members to communicate with students in Egyptian universities, is the application "What s App" at a rate of (46.4%) of the total sample, followed by the "Teams" program with a "22.6%". - The weakness of Egyptian universities in holding research partnerships with universities or medical institutions, and the weak announcement of funded research projects to counter the virus.
