المستخلص: تعد النزاهة الأكاديمية من أهم ضمانات الحفاظ على السمعة الأكاديمية للجامعات، والالتزام بها يكسب المؤسسة من أكاديميين وطلاب وإداريين ثقة تعصمهم من انتهاك القيم والأعراف الأكاديمية، كما تعد آلية جيدة تحول دون تفشى سوء السلوك الأكاديمي. وقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على ماهية النزاهة الأكاديمية وأهم قيمها، وتحديد أهم أشكال انتهاكها في الجامعات، والوقوف على واقعها لدى طلاب جامعة سوهاج وواقع دور التعليم الجامعي من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمقررات والأنشطة الجامعية في تعزيز قيم النزاهة الأكاديمية. ولتحقيق الأهداف السابقة اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، وقد تم تصميم أداة للبحث تمثلت في استبانة حول واقع النزاهة الأكاديمية لدى عينة البحث التي بلغت ٤٣٨ طالبا من أربع كليات بجامعة سوهاج، هي كلية التربية بواقع ١٦١ طالبا وكلية الآداب بواقع 153 طالبا وكلية التعليم الصناعي بواقع ٨٢ طالبا وكلية العلوم بواقع ٤٢ طالبا. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج أهمها: عدم التزام الطلاب عينة الدراسة بمبادئ النزاهة الأكاديمية (الأمانة الأكاديمية -العدل)، فقد جاءت استجابات الطلاب معبرة عن مظاهر انتهاك الأمانة الأكاديمية مثل انتشار الغش وافتقاد الإحساس بالعدل داخل الكليات وعدم الرغبة في الحفاظ على السمعة الأكاديمية للكلية. كما جاء دور كل من (أعضاء هيئة التدريس - المقررات الجامعية - الأنشطة الجامعية) في تعزيز قيم النزاهة الأكاديمية (الأمانة العلمية، العدل، الاحترام، المسئولية، الثقة) بدرجة متوسطة، وعلى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسة الميدانية تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير دور الجامعة في تعزيز قيم النزاهة الأكاديمية لدى الطلاب.

Academic integrity is one of the most important guarantees of maintaining the academic reputation of universities, and commitment to them will make the institution of academics, students and administrators be confident enough for not violating academic values and norms, and it is a good mechanism that prevents the spread of academic misbehavior. The current study aimed at identifying what is academic integrity and its most important values, identifying the most important forms of violations in universities, and examining its reality status among Sohag University students and the reality of the role of university education from faculty members, decisions and university activities in promoting the values of academic integrity. To achieve the previous goals, the study based on the descriptive approach as its appropriateness. A study tool was designed, represented in a questionnaire about the reality of academic integrity among the study sample, which consisted of 438 students from four colleges at the University of Sohag, which is the Faculty of Education by 161 students and the Faculty of Arts by 153 students and the College of Industrial Education by 82 students, and the Faculty of Sciences, 42 students. The study revealed several results, the most important of which are: The students ’lack of commitment to the principles of academic integrity (academic trustworthiness - justice). The students’ responses were expressive of manifestations of violations of academic trust, such as widespread fraud in academic institutions, a lack of a sense of justice within colleges, and an unwillingness to maintain the academic reputation of the college. The role of the faculty members - university courses - university activities) was proved in enhancing the values of academic integrity (scientific integrity, justice, respect, responsibility, and trust) with a medium degree. In the light of the results of the field study results, a suggested perception was designed to develop the university's role in enhancing the values of academic integrity among students.
