المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تحقيق إدارة تعليم محافظة عفيف لأهداف رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠، والتعرف على درجة إسهام مبادرات إدارة تعليم عفيف في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، إلى جانب الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه إدارة تعليم عفيف في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدارسة من جميع المشرفات التربويات في إدارة تعليم محافظة عفيف، والبالغ عددهن (51) مشرفة تربوية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1438/1439هـ. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تحقيق إدارة تعليم محافظة عفيف لأهداف رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.88). كما تبين أن درجة إسهام مبادرات إدارة تعليم عفيف في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 جاءت كذلك بدرجة (كبيرة)، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.93)، في حين أتضح وجود تحديات تواجه إدارة تعليم عفيف في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030 بدرجة (كبيرة) وبمتوسط حسابي (3.49)، من أبرزها استمرار تطبيق التقويم المستمر في التعليم للمرحلة الابتدائية، وضعف توفر قاعدة بيانات واضحة لحاجة سوق العمل من التخصصات. كذلك تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين استجابات المشرفات التربويات في إدارة تعليم عفيف حيال التحديات التي تواجه إدارة تعليم عفيف في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030" تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح فئة (الدراسات العليا). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر من قبل المسئولين في الوزارة في تطبيق التقويم المستمر في التعليم للمرحلة الابتدائية، والعمل على إيجاد آلية فاعلة لتطبيق التقويم المستمر بشكل سليم. وتعزيز التنسيق والتكامل بين مؤسسات التعليم والقطاع الخاص، ودراسة احتياجات ومتطلبات سوق العمل من الخريجين والتخصصات والبرامج المطلوبة، من خلال توفير قاعدة بيانات واضحة لحاجة سوق العمل من التخصصات.

The study aimed to identify the degree of Afif governorate education’s achievement of the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision, and to identify the degree of the contribution of Afif’s education management initiatives to achieving the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision, as well as uncovering the challenges facing Afif’s education administration in achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 from the point of view of female educational supervisors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study community consisted of all female educational supervisors in the Afif Governorate Education Department, which numbered (51) educational supervisors during the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439 AH. The results showed that the degree of Afif governorate education’s achievement of the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision came with a “large” degree, with an average score of (3.88). It was also found that the degree of the contribution of the Afif Education Department initiatives to achieving the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision came as well (with a large degree) and with an average of (3.93), while it became clear that there are challenges facing the Afif Education Department in achieving the goals of the Kingdom's 2030 vision with a (large) average My Account (3.49), the most prominent of which is the continued application of the continuous evaluation in primary education, and the weak availability of a clear database of the labor market need for specializations. There were also statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the responses of the educational supervisors in the Department of Education, in the neighborhood of neighborhoods, the challenges facing the Department of Afif Education in achieving the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 "attributed to the variable of the educational qualification, and in favor of the category (graduate studies). The study recommended the necessity of a review by the officials of the Ministry in the application of continuous evaluation in primary education, and work to find an effective mechanism to apply the continuous evaluation in a proper way. And to enhance coordination and integration between educational institutions and the private sector, and to study the needs and requirements of the labor market of graduates, majors and required programs, by providing a clear database of the labor market need of disciplines.
