المستخلص: Apprendre une langue, c'est acquérir une compétence de communication dans cette langue. L’apprenant a besoin de communiquer dans une langue étrangère, connaître ses règles linguistiques ainsi que ses normes d’usage afin de les adapter aux différentes situations de communication. Evidemment, communiquer de manière efficace dans une langue étrangère est le vrai objectif de l'enseignement/ l'apprentissage. Pour maîtriser la communication en langue, on doit alors faire améliorer les deux habiletés : la compréhension orale et l’expression orale. Par conséquent, l’oral joue un rôle très important pour développer l'habilité de communication chez l'apprenant au niveau de l’écrit. Dans cet article nous allons: - mettre l'accent sur l'importance de cette compétence dans l’apprentissage des langues, - Caractériser l’oral et parler de ses particularités et des difficultés au niveau de l’enseignement/apprentissage en classe de la langue.

To learn a foreign language means to get the skill of communication in this language. For this reason, a student needs to learn the rules of foreign language and its contexts and standards of use in different situations in order to be able to communicate correctly. Actually, effective communication in a foreign language is the basic goal of learning and education, The learner's communication skills, which include oral comprehension and oral expression, have to be improved. Therefore, the oral application plays an important role in the development of the communication skills of the learner at the level of writing skill in the language acquired. In this article, we will: - Emphasize the importance of this competence in learning foreign language. - Describe oral communication and its features, examples and the difficulties faced by the student in the process of learning.

تعلم لغة أجنبية يعني الحصول على مهارة التواصل في هذه اللغة، ومن أجل هذا يحتاج الطالب إلى تعلم قواعد اللغة الأجنبية وسياقاتها ومعايير استعمالاتها في مختلف المواقف لكي يجيد التواصل الصحيح بها. بطبيعة الحال التواصل الفعال بلغة أجنبية هو الهدف الأساس للتعلم والتعليم، ولكي تتقن لغة التواصل يجب تحسين مهارات التواصل لدى المتعلم والتي تشمل الفهم الشفوي والتعبير الشفوي. لذا فإن التطبيق الشفوي يلعب دوراً هاماً في تطوير مهارات الاتصال للمتعلم على مستوى مهارة الكتابة في اللغة المكتسبة، وسوف نعرج في هذا المقال على: -التأكيد على أهمية هذه الكفاءة في تعلم اللغة الأجنبية. -وصف التواصل الشفوي وميزاته والأمثلة عليه والصعوبات التي يواجهها الطالب في التعليم.
