المستخلص: من المعروف إن لكل فرد هويته الخاصة به، وأفكاره وذكرياته وطباعه ومستواه الثقافي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، والطالب الجامعي يحمل معه كل هذه الخصوصيات، إلى المجتمع الذي اختار أن يتعلم فيه، وهنا تطرح المشكلة في كيفية الحفاظ على تلك الخصوصيات، وفي الوقت نفسه، محاولة التأقلم والاندماج، والبدء في بناء مستواه الاجتماعي والثقافي، وإقامة علاقات اجتماعية، والتعود على نمط عيش قد يكون مختلفا نوعا ما عما كان في مجتمعه الأصلي، وإن التنقل من مجتمع لآخر أحيانا يكون له إحساس مؤلم، وقد يؤدي بالفرد إلى عدة صراعات وحالات مرضيه كضعف الاندماج أو العصاب أو العنف (سواء الموجه نحو الخارج أو الداخل)، وقد يساعد الشعور بالتأقلم والاندماج إلى الإبداع فـي العمل وتجنب الصراعات سواء على المستوى الشخصي أو على مستوى الأفراد. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على: * مستوى الاندماج الجامعي لدى طلبة جامعة تكريت. * مستوى الاندماج الجامعي لدى طلبة جامعة تكريت تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. وتكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة جامعة تكريت من كلا الجنسين الذكور والإناث والاختصاصين الإنساني والعلمي وبلغت عينة البحث من (٦٠٠) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة ومن الاختصاصين العلمي والإنساني تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس الاندماج الجامعي الذي تكون من (٤٨) فقرة بصورته النهائية، وقد تحقق الباحث من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، إذ تم استخراج الصدق بطريقتي، الصدق الظاهري، والاتساق الداخلي، والثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، وقوة تمييز الفقرات بطريقة المقارنات الطرفية، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لمعاملات الارتباط، فقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: * ارتفاع مستوى الاندماج الجامعي بشكل نسبي لدى عينة البحث. * الذكور أعلى من الإناث في الاندماج الجامعي. * لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الأقسام العلمية والأقسام الإنسانية في درجة الاندماج الجامعي. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه الباحث من نتائج قدم عددا من الاستنتاجات منها، إن طلبة جامعة تكريت لديهم اندماج جامعي عال، يعود هذا إلى أن إدارة الجامعة لديها اهتمام كبير بطلبتها من حيث تبنيها لغة الحوار ولم الشمل وتوفير مناخ ملائم لهم، والتوصيات ومنها ضرورة مشاركة طلبة الجامعة في مختلف المناسبات الاجتماعية والدينية والوطنية، والمقترحات، ومنها إجراء دراسة مقارنة عن الاندماج الجامعي مع جامعات أخرى

It is known that everyone has their own identity, ideas, memories, character, and cultural, social, and economic level. The university student carries with him all these particularities to the community in which he chose to learn. Here, the problem arises in maintaining these particularities and, at the same time, trying to adapt and integrate, start building social and cultural levels, establish social relations, and get used to a lifestyle that may be somewhat different from his original society. Moving from one community to another sometimes feels painful and may lead the individual to several conflicts and medical conditions such as poor integration, neurosis, or violence (whether directed outward or inward). A sense of adaptation and integration may help creativity at work and avoid conflicts, whether on a personal level or individual level. The current research aims to identify: - The level of university integration among Tikrit University students. - The level of university integration among Tikrit University students depending on gender and specialization variables. The research community consists of Tikrit University students of both genders, male and female, and humanities and scientific specializations. The research sample comprises (600) male and female students from the university belonging to both scientific and humanities specializations, who are selected in a random stratified manner. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared the University Integration Scale, which consisted of (48) items in its final form. The researcher verified the psychometric characteristics of the scale. The validity has been extracted through the methods of virtual validity and internal consistency, while the reliability has been extracted by the methods of retesting and the strength of distinguishing items by peripheral comparators. After statistically processing the data using the T-test of one sample and two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the T-test of correlation coefficients, the research reached the following results: - There is a relatively high level of university integration in the research sample. - Males are higher than females in university integration. - There is no statistically significant difference between scientific departments and humanities departments in the university integration degree. In light of his findings, the researcher presented a number of conclusions, including that students of Tikrit University have a high university integration. This is because the university administration has a great interest in its students in adopting the language of dialogue and reunification and providing them with a favorable environment. The recommendations include university students participating in various social, religious, and national events. The proposals include conducting a comparative study on university integration with other universities. Research problem: Psychological studies and theories agree that the youth phase is the important stage experienced by an individual, which determines his career and life curriculum. This stage is experiencing rapid and clear organic, psychological, social, and emotional changes. This phase also represents a wide area of the proportion of the population in all societies, the hopeful future, the strategic balance, and the real human wealth which is relied upon for building the nation. The differences that exist between the traditions, customs, and concepts of indigenous culture and between the traditions, customs, and concepts of university community culture have been a major problem for many of these students. This problem affected their cultural and social vision and perception, thus affecting their integration into it. They stand confused by choosing between two significantly different styles of cultural modes and behavioral patterns. The importance of research: Integration is seen as a process that helps enrich the ego and stabilize and consolidate a shifting sense of identity (Greenberg and Greenberg, 2008:116). Researchers in the field of social relations between groups, such as (Banton & Borthd, 1969) and (Campbell Levine, 1972), have pointed out that groups living side by side despite different cultures and differences can be greatly restricted if we want to know the nature of and the quality of relations between them. Will cooperation, competition, or conflict dominate these relations, and to what extent have these groups achieved some kind of (acculturation) and (assimilation), which helps to shed light on the nature of the problems faced by these groups (Ismail, 1986:10)? This view confirms the view of Vega and his colleagues that integration means integrating students into the university community and adapting to the lifestyle prevailing in that community. This is because students may be more likely to return home or move elsewhere if they fail to integrate into the social life of the host country (Vega & Others, 2004, p13). Each stage has its characteristics, requirements, and circumstances. The undergraduate level needs to be prepared and directed. This is where the role of the guiding aspect shows awareness and guidance. All communities are working to contain this category in order to benefit from their energies and potential because they have a high potential and energy that works for change, development, and renewal. They are able to develop society, making society able to produce, develop and move continuously. They have two roles. The first is production, and the second is a pressure force toward development in different fields (Al-Khalidi, 2012:70). Research objective: The current research aims to identify: 1. The level of university integration among university students in Tikrit. 2. The significance of differences in university integration among university students depending on two variables (gender and specialization). Research limits: The current research is defined by students of the first and fourth stage of Tikrit University, morning session, for the academic year (2016-2017) and for both genders in scientific and humanities specializations.
