|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة وأبعادها (التكوين، الأبداع، تنمية الخبرات) في التنبؤ بالالتزام التنظيمي وأبعاده (العاطفي، المستمر، المعياري)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتطبيق الاستمارة كأداة لجمع المعطيات على عينة قوامها 258 موظف وموظفة بجامعة" أحمد زبانة " بغليزان وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد مساهمة لبعدي إدارة المعرفة (التكوين، الأبداع) في التنبؤ بالالتزام التنظيمي وأبعاده (العاطفي، المستمر، المعياري) في غياب أي مساهمة لبعد (تنمية الخبرات)

|b This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of knowledge management and its dimensions (formation, creativity, development of expertise) in predicting organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional, continuous, and normative). The researcher used the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire as a tool to collect data on a sample of 258 male and female employees at University Ahmed Zabana of RELIZANE clientele, and the study reached the following results: There is a contribution to the two dimensions of knowledge management (formation, creativity) in predicting organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional, continuous, normative) in the absence of any contribution to the dimension (development of experiences).
