المستخلص: This article tends to speculate on the importance of narrative instances sealing literary discourse with the translation enterprise. Its necessity lies in the consideration that translators are invited to define the exhaustiveness and depth of literary work for an optimal understanding of their practice. To do this, we propose to highlight the narratological triad serving as a theoretical foundation (modes / perspectives / levels) by correlating it with the work, which will serve as a corpus, namely The Broken Wings of Gibran Khalil Gibran, translated from Arabic by Thierry Gillyboeuf in order to reflect the materialization and conformity of these same bodies in the target text.

Le présent article tend à spéculer sur l’importance des instances narratives scellant le discours littéraire dans l’entreprise traductionnelle. Sa nécessité tient dans la considération que les traducteurs sont invités à cerner l’exhaustivité et la profondeur du travail littéraire pour une appréhension optimale de leur exercice. Pour ce faire, nous proposons de mettre en exergue la triade narratologique faisant office de soubassement théorique (modes/perspectives/niveaux) en la mettant en corrélation avec l’oeuvre, qui nous servira de corpus à savoir Les ailes brisées de Gibran Khalil Gibran traduite de l’arabe par Thierry Gillyboeuf afin de rendre compte de la matérialisation et la conformité de ces mêmes instances dans le texte cible.
