|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف طبيعة المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة/ المعلمين، تخصص معلم صف، في كلية التربية بدير الزور بجامعة الفرات، من وجهة نظر الطلبة/ المعلمين أنفسهم، في أثناء تنفيذ مقرر التربية العملية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، صممت استبانة مكونة من (35) مشكلة موزعة على أربعة محاور، وهي: المشكلات المتعلقة بالمشرف، المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعلم(ة)/ المتعاون(ة)، المشكلات المتعلقة بإدارة المدرسة، المشكلات المتعلقة بالطلبة/ المعلمين أنفسهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) طالباً وطالبة، في كلية التربية بجامعة الفرات، للفصل الدراسي الأول لعام 2019/2020. واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: - إن مشكلات التربية العملية التي تواجه الطلبة/ المعلمين كانت وفق الترتيب الآتي: المشكلات المتعلقة بإدارة المدرسة، المشكلات المتعلقة بالطلبة/ المعلمين أنفسهم، المشكلات المتعلقة بالمشرف الأكاديمي، المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعلم(ة)/ المتعاون(ة). - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مشكلات التربية العملية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، خلص الباحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.

|b This study aimed at identifying the problems which face class-teacher students in the Practical Education at the Faculty of Education in Deir AL-Zour AL-Furat University. To achieve the aims of this study, a questionnaire was prepared. It consisted of (35) problems distributed into four domains as follows: - The problems that belong to the supervisor. - The problems that belong to the teacher/the participator. - The problems that belong to the school administration. - The problems that belong to the students/teachers themselves. The study sample consisted of (120) students at the Faculty of Education of AL-Furat University-the academic year 2019-2020.Proper calculating techniques to analyze data were used. The study reached the following results: The problems of education that face our teachers-students were as follows: - The problems that belong to the school administration. - The problems that belong to the class- teachers students themselves. - The problems that belong to the academic supervisor. - The problems that belong to the class teacher/the participator. - There were no statistically significant differences among the averages of practical education problems due to the sex variable. A set of suggestions were offered in the light of research results.
