|b Digital transformation is undoubtedly one of the strategic priorities of all administrations. It is a major issue for the development of administrative work, particularly with the evolution of new information and communication technologies. The digital transformation and the use of available digital technologies contribute to the improvement of the productivity of all administrations and they make it possible to improve their performance. In Morocco, this transformation affects different sectors. In fact, in this context, Morocco has adopted several strategies for digital development, among which we find the Digital Morocco 2013 plan and the Digital Morocco 2020 plan. The Ministry of National Education has deepened and accelerated this component through the strengthening of specialized resources in this area, change management and the development of a range of computer applications. In short, digital technology has become a major asset that provides Moroccan administrations with more agility, optimization of their resources, productivity gains and improved performance, which justifies our choice to work on this subject.

|d La transformation numérique est sans aucun doute l'une des priorités stratégiques de toutes les administrations. Elle s'agit d'un enjeu majeur pour le développement du travail administratif notamment avec l'évolution des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication. La transformation numérique et l'utilisation des technologies digitales disponibles contribuent à l'amélioration de la productivité de toutes les administrations et elles permettent d'améliorer leurs performances. Au Maroc, cette transformation touche différents secteurs. En effet, dans ce contexte, le Maroc a adopté plusieurs stratégies pour le développement numérique, parmi lesquelles on trouve le plan Maroc numérique 2013 et le plan Maroc numérique 2020. Le ministère de l’éducation nationale à approfondi et accéléré dans ce volet à travers le renforcement des ressources spécialisées dans ce domaine, la conduite du changement et le développement d’une panoplie des applications informatiques. En somme, le numérique est devenue un atout majeur qui assure aux administrations marocaines plus d'agilité, une optimisation de leurs ressources, un gain en productivité et une amélioration de leurs performances ce qui justifie notre choix de travailler sur ce sujet.
