|b Before any study, concerning the intercalary genres and their introduction into the novel. It seems to us more than necessary to clarify their natures; in fact, this concept includes literary genres such as (short stories, poetry, poems, quotes, etc.) and extra literary genres, namely (study of manners, rhetorical, scientific, religious, historical text, etc.). Novel when they are introduced into its novelistic framework, a constitutive and semantic role. Their introduction is so important that they can even influence the genre of the entire novel through their presence. To all this is added the fact that they are "elaborate forms of reality", so the novel uses them, precisely from this perspective. These genres, whether literary or extra-literary, introduce with them into the whole of the novel their own language, and consequently deepen the diversity of discourses and languages in a new way. This is what we will demonstrate by an analytical study of Yasmina Khadra's novel "What are wolves dreaming about?"

|d Avant toute étude, concernant les genres intercalaires et leur introduction dans le roman. Il nous paraît plus que nécessaire d’éclaircir leurs natures ; en effet, ce concept renferme, les genres littéraires comme (nouvelles, poésie, poème, citations…) et les genres extra littéraires à savoir (étude de mœurs, texte rhétorique, scientifique, religieux, historique…).Tous ces genres, offrent au roman lors de leur introduction dans sa trame romanesque, un rôle constitutif et sémantique. Leur introduction est si importante, qu’ils peuvent même influencer par leur présence le genre du roman entier. À tout cela s’ajoute le fait qu’ils soient «des formes élaborées de la réalité», ainsi le roman leur fait recours, justement dans cette perspective. Ces genres, qu’ils soient littéraires ou extra littéraires introduisent avec eux dans l’entité du roman leur propre langage, et approfondissent par conséquence, de façon nouvelle la diversité des discours et des langages. C’est ce que nous allons démontrés par une étude analytique du roman de Yasmina Khadra «À Quoi rêvent les loups».
