المستخلص: تعد هذه الدراسة جزء من تعليم اللغات والثقافات حيث يعد اليوم تدريس وتعلم اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية جانبا من جوانب التعايش والانفتاح على الآخر. يسمح التعليم الثقافي للمتعلم بأن يكون لديه عين متسامحة وتعايش مع الاختلافـات الثقافية وبإمكانه وضعها في منظور القبول والتعرف والتفاعل مع الثقافة الأجنبية المستهدفة. الهدف العلمي من هذه الدراسة هو محاولة إلقاء الضوء على درجة وجـود فكرة الآخر في البرنامج الجامعي للطلاب المسجلين في تخصص اللغة الفرنسية والأدب بجامعـة معسكر-مصطفى إسطمبولي. من أجل فهم أفضل للمعايير المتعلقة بمفهوم الثقافة اللغوية باللغة الفرنسية، نحن قادرون على الاقتراب من مفهوم الآخر وطريقة الحوار التي يتم تصورها في إطـار الجامعة الجزائرية.

This study is part of the didactics of language and cultures. Today, the teaching / learning of FFL has a cohabitation aspect and openness to the Other. Cultural education allows the learner to have a tolerant eye on cultural differences and places it in a perspective of acceptance, familiarization, and interaction with the target culture. The scientific goal of this study is to attempt to shed some light on the degree of presence of the notion of the Other in the university program of students enrolled in the specialty of French language and literature at the University of Mascara- Mustapha Stambouli. In order to better understand the parameters related to the concept of language culture in French, we are led to approach the concept of otherness and the way it is conceived in the Algerian university context.

La présente étude s’inscrit dans le cadre de la didactique des langues et des cultures. Aujourd’hui, l’enseignement/apprentissage du FLE revêt un aspect de cohabitation et d’ouverture sur l’Autre. L’éducation culturelle permet à l’apprenant d’avoir un oeil tolérant quant aux différences culturelles et le situe dans une perspective d’acceptation, de familiarisation et d’interaction avec la culture cible. L’objectif scientifique de la présente étude est de tenter d’apporter quelques éclaircissements sur le degré de présence de la compétence interculturelle dans le programme universitaire du FLE au département de langue et littérature françaises à l’Université de Mascara-Mustapha Stambouli. Dans la perspective de mieux cerner les paramètres relatifs au concept langue-culture en FLE, nous sommes amenés à aborder la notion d’altérité et la façon dont elle est conçue dans le contexte universitaire algérien.
