المستخلص: It goes without saying that ICTE is currently a recurring problem and one of the innovative approaches aimed at improving and updating teaching practices upstream and downstream of language teaching. This involves, among other things, providing students with multiple assets to facilitate the acquisition of many linguistic, cultural and digital skills. "Insofar as ICTs are considered as a vector of human development and access to the world of information and knowledge" (Maaroufi et al, 2012, pp129-149) As part of this reflection, we believe that it would be appropriate to first lift the curtain on the methods of teaching the language and culture of others in the digital age and then we focus on on the difficulties encountered in starting the use of ICT in the field and particularly in the university context. To achieve this, our theoretical basis is based on the research and work done in this perspective in teaching French as a foreign language and in cognitive sciences (Stulic; 2017, Ait Dahmane; 2011, Knoerr 2005, Guichon, 2012, …). While the practical part is devoted to the questionnaire intended for university teachers belonging to the French department, the objective of which is to measure the impact and the possibility of the integration of information and communication technologies on the quality of training in French as a foreign language.

Il va sans dire que les TICE constituent à l’heure actuelle une problématique récurrente et l’une des démarches novatrices ayant pour objectif l’amélioration et la réactualisation des pratiques pédagogiques en amont et en aval de l’enseignement des langues. Il s’agit entre autres de doter les étudiants des atouts multiples leur facilitant l’acquisition de maintes compétences linguistique, culturelle et numérique. « Dans la mesure où les TIC sont considérées comme un vecteur du développement humain et d’accès au monde de l’information et de la connaissance » (Maaroufi et al, 2012, pp129-149) Dans le cadre de cette contribution, nous comptons mettre en exergue les besoins réels des enseignants de langue à l’ère du numérique puis nous nous focalisons sur les difficultés auxquelles se heurte la mise en route de l’usage des TICE sur le terrain particulièrement dans le contexte universitaire. Pour ce faire, notre assise théorique s’appuie sur les recherches faites dans cette optique en didactique du FLE et en sciences cognitives (Stulic; 2017, Ait Dahmane; 2011, Knoerr; 2005, Guichon; 2012). Tandis que le volet pratique est consacré au questionnaire destiné aux enseignants universitaires faisant partie du département de français dont l’objectif est de reconnaitre les retombées de l’intégration des technologies de l’information et de la communication sur la qualité de la formation en français langue étrangère.
