المستخلص: تأتي أهمية البحث في كون هذه الدراسة تساهم في توفير أرضية خصبة للبحوث المستقبلية والمتعلقة بجميع الجوانب التدريبية والإدارية من خلال دراسة الإبداع المميز لدى مدربي كرة اليد كونها ركيزة أساسية للنهوض بالواقع الرياضي والإداري من خلال مؤهلات خاصة تساعدهم في النجاح من خلال إيجاد وتصميم وبناء مقياس موضوعي له القدرة على قياس ما وضعت لأجله ويمكن من خلاله إصدار أحكام حول المتغيرات الرئيسية، تبرز مشكلة البحث في أن اغلب أنديتنا الرياضية تعاني من تدهور العملية الإدارية والتي أدت إلى عدم الاهتمام بالإبداع المميز بسبب عدم وجود مقاييس موضوعية له. الأمر الذي دفع الباحثان إلى بناء مقياس الإبداع المميز لدى مدربي كرة اليد. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء وتطبيق مقياس الإبداع المميز لدى مدربي كرة اليد. وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية لمقياس الإبداع المميز. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسحي لغرض بناء مقياس الإبداع المميز، وقد طبق المقياس بصورته النهائية على عينة بلغت (40) لاعبا من أندية العراق لكرة اليد (الدوري الممتاز) ثم أجريت المعاملات الإحصائية الخاصة باستخراج مؤشرات الصدق والثبات والموضوعية ثم تحديد المستويات المعيارية للمقياس، وقد استخدم الباحثان الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS V.22) للحصول على نتائج الدراسة لتحليلها ومناقشتها في الفصل الرابع ليصل الباحثان إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات في الفصل الخامس منها: ١-تم بناء وتقنين مقياس الإبداع المميز ب (42) فقرة توزعت على ست مجالات وتم وضع درجات خاصة به لمدربي كرة اليد (الدوري الممتاز) 2-إن مقياس الإبداع المميز مناسب في تقييم مستوى المدربين في الأندية الرياضية. وقد أوصى الباحثان بما يلي:- 1-ضرورة اهتمام الهيئات الإدارية للأندية الرياضية بالإبداع المميز للحصول على رؤية واضحة وخبرة كافية عن المقياس من اجل الارتقاء بمستوى المدربين. 2-الإفادة من المقياس الحالي كأداة بحث موضوعية من قبل الباحثين وإجراء بحوث ودراسات في تقييم الإبداع المميز على المستويات الإدارية الأعلى في المؤسسات الرياضية

The importance of research in the fact that this study contributes to providing fertile ground for future research on all aspects of training and management Through the study of creativity distinctive handball coaches as a key to the advancement of sports and administrative reality through special qualifications to help them to succes Through the creation, design and construction of an objective measure that has the ability to measure what was set for it and through which to issue judgments about the main variables, The problem of research is that most of our sports clubs suffer from the deterioration of the administrative process, which led to the lack of interest in the distinctive creativity because of the lack of objective measures. The aim of the study was to build and apply the unique measure of creativity among handball trainers. Develop standard scores and levels for the distinctive creativity scale The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method for the purpose of constructing the distinctive measure of creativity. The scale was applied in its final form to a sample of (40 (players from Iraq handball clubs (the Premier League). The statistical transactions were then carried out to produce indicators of honesty, For the scale, the researchers used the statistical bag SPSS V.22) to obtain the results of the study for analysis and discussion in the fourth chapter to the researchers to a set of conclusions in the fifth chapter, including: 1-The standard of creativity has been built and marked with (42) paragraphs distributed in six areas and has been developed for the special handball coaches (Premier League) 2-distinctive measure of creativity is appropriate in assessing the level of coaches in sports clubs. 1-the need for the attention of the administrative bodies of sports clubs with outstanding creativity to obtain a clear vision and experience enough on the standard in order to upgrade the level of trainers 2-Benefit from the current measure as an objective research tool by researchers and conduct research and studies in evaluating the distinctive creativity at the higher administrative levels in sports institutions
