يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتحقيق الأمن الفكري لشباب الجامعة استخدم "الباحث" المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، مستعينا بالأبحاث والدراسات العلمية السابقة، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من طلاب كليات جامعة بنها(كلية التربية الرياضية، كلية الطب، كلية الهندسة، كلية التربية النوعية، كلية الزراعة، كلية الآداب، كلية التمريض، كلية التجارة، كلية التربية الأساسي، كلية العلوم) ، وتم اختيار العينة الفعلية لإجراء تجربة البحث من طلاب الكليات البالغ عددهم (١٠٠٠) طالب من مجتمع البحث. وبعد جمع البيانات والمعالجات الإحصائية والنتائج التي توصل الباحث أمكن التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الآتية: 1. الأمن الفكري له أهمية كبرى في حياة الأمم وتشييد الحضارات. 2. للجامعة والأستاذ الجامعي دور فعال ومهم في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. ٣. يعد الأمن الفكري له دورا كبيرا في التصدي للإرهاب. ٤. إنشاء إدارة عامة للأمن الفكري تضم كلا من وزارة الدفاع -وزارة الداخلية -وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي-وزارة الشباب والرياضة-الأزهر الشريف-وزارة التربية والتعليم تحت قيادة رئيس الجمهورية. ٥. وضع خطة عمل بالموضوعات التي يجب أن تعالجها الإدارة العامة للأمن الفكري وفقا للأحداث التي يمر بها المجتمع.

Intellectual security has a major role to play in countering terrorism. 4.
