المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية بناء استراتيجية مقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة العريش في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلابها من خلال التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للأمن الفكري ومقوماته لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتحديد وتحليل أهم أسباب ومهددات الأمن الفكري وجهود الجامعات في مواجهتها، والكشف عن واقع دور جامعة العريش في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحقيق أهدافها، وتوصلت إلى: أن المتوسط الكلي لمحور دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بمتوسط (1.81) مما يعني وجود دور مقبول إلى حد ما يقوم به أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة. المتوسط الكلي لمحور دور البرامج والمقررات الدراسية جاء بمتوسط (1.66) مما يعني ضعف دور البرامج والمقررات الدراسية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة. المتوسط الكلي لمحور دور الإدارة الجامعية جاء بمتوسط (1.66) مما يعني ضعف دور الإدارة الجامعية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة. المتوسط الكلي لمحور دور الأنشطة الطلابية جاء بمتوسط (1.99)؛ مما يعني وجود دور للأنشطة الطلابية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة. المتوسط الكلي لمحور تفعيل دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري جاء بمتوسط (2.39) مما يعني فعالية هذه المتطلبات وتأثيرها في تفعيل دور جامعة العريش في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة. كذلك وجود فروق بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقا للدرجة العلمية في تقدير واقع الدور الذي يجب أن تقوم به الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها؛ من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، في كل المحاور، ما عدا المحورين الثاني والخامس؛ حيث اتفقت عينة الدراسة على دور البرامج والمقررات الدراسية، وأهمية توافر متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري، وكانت الفروق لصالح درجة "أستاذ" في محور "دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس". عدم وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكر- أنثى) في تقدير واقع الدور الذي يجب أن تقوم به الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها؛ من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كل المحاور. وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقا لمتغير التخصص (كليات نظرية- كليات علمية) في تقدير واقع الدور الذي يجب أن تقوم به الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها؛ من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، في كل المحاور ما عدا المحور الخامس "متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري. وانتهت الدراسة بالاستراتيجية المقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة العريش في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلابها.

The study aimed at setting a proposed strategy for activating the role of Al-Arish University in promoting the intellectual security of its students by acknowledging the conceptual framework of intellectual security and its components among the university students, identifying and analyzing the most important causes and threats of intellectual security and the efforts of universities in facing them. The study depended on the Descriptive Analytical Method in order to achieve its aims. As a result, it reached that; the overall mean of the role of teaching staff members was average (1.81). This means that there is a somewhat acceptable role played by faculty members in enhancing students' intellectual security. Moreover, the overall average of the role of programs and curricula was 1.66, which means that the role of programs and courses in enhancing students' intellectual security. The overall average of the role of the university administration was (1.66), which means the weak role of the university administration in enhancing the students' intellectual security. The overall average of the role of student activities was 1.99, which means that there is a role for student activities in enhancing students' intellectual security. The overall average of activating the role of the university in achieving intellectual security came at an average of (2.39) which means the effectiveness of these requirements and their impact on activating the role of Al-Arish University in achieving intellectual security among students. In addition, it confirmed that there’re differences among the Faculty members according to the scientific degree in evaluating the reality of the role that must be done by the University in achieving the intellectual security of its students, from the faculty members viewpoint, in all dimensions, except the 2nd and 5th dimensions; where the study sample agreed on the role of programs and Courses and the importance of the availability of the requirements of activating the role of the university in achieving intellectual security. Also, the differences came in favor of the degree of "professor" in the dimension of "faculty member’s role". The absence of significant differences among faculty members according to gender (male- female) in assessing the reality of the role that must be played by the university in achieving the intellectual security of its students; from the point of view of faculty members in all dimensions, there are significant differences among The faculty members according to the different specializations (Theoretical & Scientific colleges) in assessing the reality of the role that must be played by the university in achieving the intellectual security of its students; from the point of view of faculty members, in all dimensions except the 5th one, "the requirements of activating the role of the university in achieving Intellectual security". The study concluded with the proposed strategy to activate the role of Al-Arish University in enhancing the intellectual security of its students.
